Did anyone else see this show? MTV ran it at the beginning of the decade. It was about a Russian family in the video game business, and all the people around them. It was over the top, but I got into it. There were good cliffhangers every day. Christina Chambers from ATWT and OLTL was on it too. The show even got Emmy nominations in directing and writing for the one season it aired.

Yeah I remember this show. It was really good. I was kinda sad when it ended.

All I remember is that it turned out the Big Sister was actually the mother of the youngest son. And one of the sons turned out to be gay! Really radical stuff back then.

It's edgy shows like this that almost never seem to survive and I don't know why! Snoozefest TV shows with no edge can last and last when many of them shouldn't.

it got delayed for the longest time before coming out. I loved it. Natalia and Christina Chamber's character were my 2 favorites. Loved my bad girls. I wish this would come on DVD

my fave show... ever! (aside from O&A...)

i loved every single actor and actress. the storys were campy, but still fun and dramatic.

Taylor & Sasha were the best

and they came up with the best line ever "what would sami do"

It doesn't even have a wikipedia entry :( Someone from this forum sent me some tapes of it and while they weren't the easiest tapes to watch I admit the show had me riveted! So cheap but so well done :)

I loved Daphne (Nectar Rose) her look was what I wanted for Alexia on my blog. The show was definitely edgy and it fit so well with the MTV soap craze back then. This was almost as addicting as Undressed. I heard a rumor that the show's last episode was on 9/11 and the show was never seen since.

Anyone think Peter S. Alexander, James LaRosa, Bruce Neckels or Loren Segan will join the writing team of Y&R? They're two former co-workers are currently BDW & the show is lacking in script writers. Perhaps Weintraub can be promoted to accomodate the new hires.

David Kreizman was also a writer on this show. LOL!

I'm sorry, there's no reason writers from SG, should be writing for traditional soaps like GL and Y&R.

Oh I SOOO beg to differ. SG had, by far, some of the best soap opera scriptwriting. Was well ahead of its time.

Christian McLaughlin and Valerie Ahern are breakdown writers for Y&R?! Get out!

Too bad they aren't head writers for Y&R, or better yet, B&B. Funny factoid: McLaughlin hated Beth Maitland(Traci).
