He is actually a pretty decent actor, IMO. He has come such a long way since first starting. His chemistry with Alexandra Chando was amazing, to say the least and it is sad that they were always overshadowed by overrated Willen.

Thanks for that comment. I agree as well. Zach and Alexandra were so cute together and they had the type of relationshp that could be fun. I always find Willen kinda stale and annoying because its so "grownuppy". I mean come on they're supposed to be young adults enjoying the best time of their lives. Instead Will and Gwen hardly seem to have fun. Casey and Maddie were always fun to watch for me because they exhibited that playfulness and childlike spirit that I love.

As someone else mentioned, Zach is the hottest guy in Daytime Television hands down. OLTL fans will definitely enjoy him...lol.

Oh wow...that gives me something to look forward....another bad actor on OLTL hamming things up.

I am a huge ZR fan. I think he is a good actor. You are entitled to your own opinion.. I hope you change your mind when you see him on set!

I just recently got into Starr & Cole on OLTL. So Im really excited that he'll be on the other soap that I watch. I think its ATWT's loss & OLTL's gain.

OLTL is slowly falling trap to the teen problem. Thank god Starr is so awesome, historically relevant and has grown in front of us, otherwise they would be sinking faster than no one else. They have already introduced way too many new faces with this teen invasion and I really can't stand Cole. Urg.

UPDATE: I just dished all things OLTL this morning with the soap's headwriter Dena Higley! Naturally, I couldn't resist telling her how delighted we are about Zach Roerig coming to Llanview.

"It's funny because we randomly named this character Casey way before we cast him," Higley says. "Then we cast this guy and realized, 'Hey, we can't call him Casey. He was Casey on As the World Turns!' So we went with Hunter. I like short names — it's all a matter of saving me typing."

As I mentioned above, Hunter will be involved in OLTL's current storyline about its missing antihero, Todd Manning. Is the character a good guy or a bad guy?

"Hunter is a lot of things," Higley teases. "Good is not one of them. I can definitely say that he's got a hand in Todd's disappearance... and why Todd can't get back to his family."

Even if this is a recurring role, I would've preferred to see Roerig as CJ Roberts since they are bringing back Sara and they're whispers that Tina may be coming back...What's up with OLTL creating all these new roles.
