I have to agree with Kenny on this one and say Blake's version of "My Love" was not good - so I'd put him third for Second Song as well. I thought "My Love" was actually his worst vocal of the night. Otherwise I agree with this list. It was Melinda's show until Jordin's last song - goosebumps and she didn't even sing it as passionately as she did the first time!

I'd like to think that was what Simon was doing - the theory amongst some board members here - "blahing" everything Jordin did as a reverse psychology thing with the audience. I voted 15 times for Jordin last night (and I practically never vote) but probably b/c Rosie O'Donnell and the Republican girl were going on and on about voting like crazy for Blake on The View earlier that day. Simon pissed me off but it was those two that inspired me, lol.

It would be awesome if for one year the two people who deserved it most got into the final two, this year that's Melinda and Jordin. Should have been Kelly and Tamyra in year one and you can come up with a scenario for the Perfect Finals missed for most of the years that followed as well.

I love Melinda, but I'm going with Jordin. But whoever wins, if it's between those two, they deserve it! Blake is okay, but I don't want him in the Final Two when there's Melinda and Jordin! No way.

Awww man, Jordin is in the finale. I was so rooting for a Blake/Melinda showdown.

GO BLAKE! So rooting for him to win. I felt bad for Melinda though bc she SO deserved to be there with him. I guess Ryan was right earlier when he said she was going home, even though this wasnt what he meant

This is totally bullshit, Jordan which sucks stays and Melinda which is the best singer ever on the show goes home :angry: I pretty much knew during the whole show though because of the look on Simon's face, he was not happy, and neither am I. Hell they could have atleast had it Jordan and Meilida and got rid of Blake, but no get rid of the best singer, I HATE this show

      Per today's developing L.A. situation, I will let someone else cover it. I am not out there because of my recent physical situation (though I'd like to be) but I'm perfectly safe. Honestly I expect it'll go as poorly for the administration as it's already beginning to, and good for the people who can be out there fighting but we've been here before. Charlottesville was an atrocity that should've ended a presidency and didn't, and now Trump in like Flynn and his second term is less than six months in. My general pragmatism has curdled into something entirely more fatalistic in recent months. I have no expectation for this changing anything materially about our larger situation, I just hope a lot of people don't die. And if it shackles or trips up the administration for awhile re: its fascist policies or actions, great.

      I remembered this as well, so I was surprised that Tomas didn't seen to know what Eva was talking about.  I would be happy for them to go their separate ways and get help for their own addictions.

      I admit it. Peter Porte is my Chandler Massey  And, because his previous storyline was just so gross and disgusting and poorly written, I feel the character and the actor deserve some redemption.  And what better storyline would there be then for it to be revealed that Dimitri and Andrew had a fling when he was in the ISA pretending to be Kyle Graham, and that Dimitri has returned to Salem to get Andrew, the true love of his life, back. I would even tie it in to what he tried to do in Beyond Salem, which a certain fired head writer basically wanted us to forget
