I had read that SFM Entertainment and the Hallmark Channel had reached some kind of distribution deal for The Doctors, does this mean that The Doctors is going to start airing in reruns soon? Has anyone heard anything about this?

This is actually really old. I want to say this happened at least three or four years ago, but the show never ended up on the Hallmark Channel.

Yeah, I believe the deal took place in 2002. I also remember reading that the surviving episodes start earlier than most soaps, around 1973 or 1974. I am still pissed at them for not showing it...

She was! In her early scenes she was brassier, tougher, and liked to suck back beers with Floyd.
I think the reason they changed her was because Nola was supposed to be a temporary character at first. But Marland was really impressed by Lisa, so when she became a contract player he did a kind of reset and changed both Nola and Bea.
O.K., here's a topic to talk about:
How in the ever lovin' you know what did RR get THREE Emmy nominations and Bernau got ZERO?
I recently found this out and almost had a stroke.
I know one possible answer is that Bernau might not have submitted his name--the actors have to do that to be considered.
But still, how did Raines get THREE?

It's a shame actors like Billy Moses don't see the full value in "goody-two-shoes" characters like Cole Gioberti. True, they're not as flashy as the Angela or Richard Channings. They sometimes have to be saps in order for the stories to work (as Moses himself learned only too well, lol). However, you absolutely need down-to-earth, dependable types like Cole who act as a sort of moral compass, both for the other characters, and for the audience.

Logan vs Forrester and the Sheila/Deacon/Taylor triangle needs to be brought back. I can't believe the week they got busted was one of their most watched weeks in forever and suddenly "poof" gone. Sheila should come back on the arm of Clarke Garrison or even Thorne Forrester to stir things up.

I've never understood the appeal of Victor or EB. It's too bad that Y&R's ep today had Nikki talking about the events in Maryland and then Victor walks in (back in GC)....clearly not affected by them. Not that it is "spoiler-ish" really because everyone knows Victor will be fine. It's just another leak like the Impaler out before airing and it was on CBS not lining up the episodes correctly.
We know Kyle and Hayley kiss coming up (it's in the promo for the week). I thought this was an interesting take. I wonder if they are leaving it out there so when Hayley gets busted she needs a new mark. Maybe one in GC? Would they cross her over like Sheila? Who knows? Just a thought. I like Hayley now...someone I didn't like for a long time.
