I know Patsy pease isnt doing so well physically right now, but it'd still be nice if they mentioned Kimberely Brady..

John & Marlena today... love. Pure and simple. Perfection. The snappy, fast, flirtatious dialouge... The kissing... The chemistry... The sassiness in Marlena today. I love the stubbornness and the way she just has that guy whipped in so many ways, without him knowing it.

Marlena: "I'm ready."

John: "I bet you are."

Because he realized that she duped him into having to give up the EJ/Patrick surveillance. And the look she gave him, like "Yep. Duped buddy"

John: "You know, I know what you're doing."

Marlena: "I'm standing by my man. Well, I'm sitting by my man."

John: "Well, what you're doing is trying to pull a fast one on your man."

Marlena: "I know you think that I'm paranoid here, John, I..."

John: "You'd rather I fly into the raging snowstorm than go after anybody connected to the DiMeras..."

Marlena: "Go ahead, go ahead, make fun of me."

John: "Would I do something like that?"

Marlena: "Yes, you would."

John: "Actually, I love the fact that you're trying to protect me."

Marlena: "I'd do anything for you."

John: "Good, stay here."

Marlena: "Except that."

John: "So that we don't waste a lot of time, is there anything, anything at all, that I can say that would make you change your mind."

Marlena: "Um. No."

John: "Well, then... get ready for take off."

(Pause)

John: "First..." (Kisses his co-pilot) "That... is for luck."

Snappy, in-character and funny while still being serious enough. It was so good. This is the J&M I love. Adventurous, sassy, take-charge, stubborn Marlena. Protective, loving, stubborn John.

John: "Maybe I outta put this on autopilot."

Marlena: "I like it better when you fly manually."

Dirty Dr Evans, dirty! The low, husky voice in addition before the insanely sexy lingering kiss. Perfection.

Then the rest... was there anything else on today's show? Oh right. The other ass-kicking Evans girl. Isabella Black. I am loving her attitude with Victor, Willow and Shawn. She's so protective of her daughter, and it's awesome. I am also loving seeing Victor's villian side again, it's about time. Loving John Aniston with the babies that play Claire. So adorable. That tall man with that tiny child - so cute. And loved how he changed his voice to get her attention. I love JA, and I love that they're finally using him again. Victor is a force to be reckoned with when they give him the chance. Belle naming her ground rules, and the list... so ... mommy-like. I also loved that Belle wants to make sure Claire doesn't forget Phillip. Had it been Reilly (or it seems, most head writers), they would've ignored Phil the second he left. I like that she's so clear that Phillip is important to Claire and he's the one she longs for as "daddy".

Then Belle moved to the other side of town and kicked more ass. First she made sure Shawn once again, understood that his life needs to be danger free and secure if he's going to have part in his child's life. Then Shawn left, and Belle finding the purse - then Willow arriving. Martha Madison OWNED these scenes. Belle's no longer standing by and letting people run over her. She's a mother lion.

Is it just me, or does Willow WALK really strangely. She walks backwards towards the door in such a strange way. Like she half jumps from one leg to another.

Benjy seems like a sweetie. He's likable, I think. I'm not a Steve fan, but if I was, I'd be "awwwwing" over those scenes with Benjy, cause even I felt a little sting in my heart.

Loving Belle, glad to see that she can stand up for herself and think about something other than Shawn.

Liked the Benji/Steve scene. I loved the flashback, especially since I didn't see it first time around. The only thing that bugged me about their interaction was the fact that I think Benji looks like he could be the same age as Steve. Anyone else think that?

Again, this epsidoe rocked the Benji/Steve scenes were BY AND FAR the best today.

Shawn's new apartment. Is it Brandons old apartment or Belle's. It looks like a former set just decorated a bit different. Then again, it could be totally new.

What a great episode! Love Benjy already--that was a great scene with Steve. Good use of flashback; I'm sure there are many viewers who have no idea who Benjy is. Also noticed a wedding ring--is there a Mrs. Benjy in the picture somewhere?

Belle has certainly turned into a lioness! Good to see there's some fire in her--she's always been too bland to be John and Marlena's daughter. Not so fond of the S/K offspring. I'm tired of Stephanie's "now we can be a family again" line. Maybe they are using some of Sami and Will's old scripts instead of writing her new dialogue.

And maybe, just maybe, Hope's getting her brain back again. But Patrick's getting a desperate look about him...interesting to see where this is going to go.

Can't wait for tomorrow!

I thought the show today was a great intro for Benji! The Benji/Steve scenes were so sweet. Amazing how easily Steve fell into signing and the rapport he has with the now grown Benji.

Belle has grown and I am loving it. Now please Shawn, kick the hooker out. She is a whack job, I think.

Love, love, love seeing John Aniston. He is looking stronger and just pulls the viewer in as the enigmatic Victor. Baby Claire is adorable and JA seems at ease holding her. Very nice.

John and Marlena are like taking a trip down memory lane when the memories are sweet. John is so much improved over the Reilly version. Ditto for Marlena. I am very content for them to be the anchor couple on the show. I do still think perhaps John and EJ are far from done and maybe in a very surprising way.

Hallelujah, Hope has seen the light! Bye bye Patrick. LOL

Note to show---make Stephanie disappear. She ruins a perfectly good scene. She was the nasty spectre on the Steve/Kayla final scene.

Good show today...but where's EJ? I miss him when he is not on. Go figure. LOL

Oh John/EJ's rivalry has barely begun IMO. And IMO, Marlena will be right along with John on the path of taking him down.

Benji's wedding ring- married or looked over? Inquiring minds want to know.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Benjy Hawk! Jim Lunsford doesn't look as old as I thought he would. And it makes sense for him to be this age since Benjy should be older than Sami. Stephen Nichols and Lunsford easily fell into place in the chemistry area. And then that Christmas flashback, wow. Lunsford looks just like the little boy that once played him. People who didn't watch back then will probably think the show brought little Benjy back after all these years

I love John and Marlena working together. That's always nice to see.

Loving Bo and Hope getting back on the right track. Now, I just hope it stays on this track and no more delays, but we know that won't happen. Damn Chelsea!

Belle certainly laid down the law with Victor, didn't she? We all know that Victor has his own mind and won't let anyone tell him what to do, but I did like him "giving in" to Belle, just to see Claire. Victor is back to being Victor. I didn't watch in the 80s, but I have watched clips. You know John Aniston is loving this new storyline. It probably brings back such good memories of the old Victor. Seeing Philip, all bandaged, CHILLS!

Belle vs. Willow was pretty good.

Oh and King is right. I think Dr. Bader's been sneaking into the cosmetic surgery ward and has been applying too much botox. Easy girl!

Am feeling incredible love for Benji and Jim Lunsford already, those scenes had so much heart in them despite all the amnesia hooha. That should be how it's done, even when situations are out there and bizarre the emotions are front and center. Steve and Benji = best scenes of the day for me, but Victor and Belle were also cool.

I agree on Dr. Bader needing to quit with the Botox, maybe its the tox thats making her turn bad. I do like this new side of her though, she plays the bad girl well.

I had no clue Phillip was going to be seen in today's show, a nice surprise. Its so good to see John Aniston being used so much because he is one of my favorite actors in daytime. The Victor/Caroline/Shawn Sr. angle just never went anywhere and I am excited Victor is going back to being his bad a.s.s. self again. I enjoyed him torturing Nicole a few years back, who will he tortue next?

Looks like Patty Cakes is getting desparate, can't wait for him to go down. Hope better eat the largest crow she can find at the Salem grocery.

Willow is not needed, the actress walks like she is in the land of claymation with Gumby and Pokey as her two best friends.

Steve/Benji and John/Marlena scenes were very well done, looks like another good casting choice as well with Lunsford. Whoever is doing the casting needs a raise!
