Over the years Daytime soaps have introduced crazy storylines that seem almost laughable,laughable and horrible all at the same time in retrospect.Here are my picks for crazy storylines by show and see if you agree:

Emily jumping from a cliff and later finds out she's pregnant with Paul Ryan's baby(the unborn child is really a Stenbeck because the unborn child cheated death,Haha)

AMC: in addition to the ones you posted, I would add the Erica-Jeremy-Natalie triangle - it was terrible. It was part of that storyline I think when Erica argued with the bear telling it she was Erica Kane.

AW: the Justine story (Victoria Wyndham is a great actress but she was bad as Justine)

ATWT: the phantom pregnancy story for Lisa (so bad)

the Oakdale 3 on the run (so bad)

Another crazy one that I actually enjoyed from way way back on AW was Cass as Crystal Lake. I believe he was hiding from loan shark Tony the Tuna.

This current slasher storyline on ATWT. It was quite possibly the worst story of the summer outside ABC Daytime. The only redeeming quality was the Luke and Kevin stuff. Everything else was cheesy, not entertaining and very predictable.

Stavros Cassadine not really being dead, but cryogeniclly frozen for the last twenty years. Then coming back only to fall down a bottemless pit.

Passions: Pregnant Sheridan kidnapped by two clowns and thrown in a basement pit!! The blood...the rats...the screams...oh my!

GL: Rapist Brent Lawrence fakes his death and disguises himself as Marion Crane, kills Nadine Cooper, and stabs Susan Bates in the shower a la Psycho.

Reva and Noah team up to protect a bunch of illegal Cuban immigrants.

Except for Nadine's death, I liked that one too!

As much as I actually loved it...AMC's Julia/Noah on the run in Jamaica. Had voodoo dolls, waterfalls, tarantulas, and spells that will make your body seem dead when you really aren't....

How about the tooth implant/brain chip/mind control stories Days had in the late 90's? That stuff was pretty crappy but Louise Sorel, Kristian Alfonso, Peter Reckell (as the mimi), and Drake Hogestyn did make something out of all of it (especially Alfonso) but it was still a mess most of the time.

The Princess Gina story was pretty crazy and confusing. From the boring artwork stuff to Gina's miraculous plastic surgery-it was some crazy/confusing stuff. At one point in 1999, I had no idea who was Hope and who was Gina .
