Bree, Farah must have been good if you gave her props!

 I was impressed Kirk. Although she wasn't as good as everyone else, she did a very decent job, especially at the end. I think having her interact with Bo and Hope is the key. When she's not joined at the hip with Belle, Philip, and Shawn, and actually having scenes with her in-laws and other people, it's more refreshing.

I though [!@#$%^&*] was fired. How could she have written today's show?

Check the CREDITS.

Somebody must have tivvoed it.

[s.W.S.N.B.N.] was credited as the script writer of today's show.

I'm in shock! I actually thoroughly enjoyed two DAYS episodes in a row that did not feature Steve and Kayla.

That hasn't happened since, like, Reagan was in office

(p.s. I  Maby!)

Damn, this was a EXCELLENT episode! Characters were reacting and not just standing there looking like bumps on logs.

Julie was ON FIRE today! She delivered the best performance since being on this show, and I hope this will prove the naysayers that she can act when she gets good dialogue. I loved her spunk with Hope in the hospital. That is the Billie we know and love. Not the Bo-obsessed whiner. I actually felt sorry for Chelsea. Of course she is everything Bo said, but Billie made good points about her too.

Philip and Belle were so realistic. They reminded me of my mom and stepdad today.

Max and Abby were so cute! Us Maby fans got two hugs and some meaningful dialogue...these two would be a wonderful couple if given the chance. Billy did a nice job with his little scene as well.

I was even impressed by Farah today, and it was nice seeing Kale Browne. It would be cool to have him as a recurring doctor. Time hasn't been that kind, but he's still no dog.

A five-star episode.

Poor Bree. You must have DIED when you saw who scripted all Julie's "wonderful" dialogue today :)

It's that chick YOU \i{HATE} with a passion.

I'm watching now..that flashback was way too long..i fastforwarded it....But i can forgive the show, its the only flashback we've seen in weeks..

Phillip and Belle were great..loved drunk phillip passed out on the kitchen counter...and belle making noise was a riot...love Martha.

Well, for all we know, today's episode (or any other episode for that matter) could have been substantially re-written by the script editor and/or headwriter.

Oh yeah that's true.

But Boof's episode from last week was even more hot than this one.

I also detected a certain flavor in Boof's writing that's more soulful than the other episodes.

Such as everything Billie did today was way off the hook. The other writers don't give Billie that kind of great dialogue.

I have never heard Billie sound like that before.

ITA Kev. I never said I hated her, but the obsessing over her was too extreme.

Bo has taken responsibility for his actions, and knows his hands are no where near clean. But, she got what she deserved. How many times, with other people other than Bo and Hope, has she done whatever she wanted, and be damned with the consequences? She is an evil little bitch, and it's about time someone stepped in and told her spoiled brat ass that these days have come to an end, and if she wants him back in her life, she has to earn it.

I'm really tired of some of these characters doing evil crap and when they get busted, they should be let off the hook. I'm really surprised Bo, Hope or Billie hasn't took out the belt and taught her them meaning of "The Power Of Tough Love."

Little bitch.

Oh. Another thing. Wasn't Shawn's doctor someone that used to be on Another World?

If Boof wrote today's script, she deserves to be talked about.

But don't worry, there won't be another Boof script.

It's DAYS' loss and AMC's gain.

Well, in naming Chelsea's sins, not to forget the email on the boat that Bo was so anxious for Hope to read. She swam out to the boat to change it, too, then switched it back, so Bo still doesn't know what Hope read in that email (I don't remember them discussing it). When Chelsea gets pinned down, I want every single little thing out in the open so it won't pop up later and also so we won't have to see her fretting about "being found out". Then maybe she can start off on a clean slate of redemption (if that's the way the writers see her).

I keep forgetting to mention and haven't read anyone else saying it, but haven't you missed Mimi's talking to herself, especially about her "secret". Wow, the first day she wasn't talking to herself was the first day I really loved the show. There was a close-up of her face, and you could tell by her expression what was on her mind, but no talking outloud to herself and there hasn't been any since. Great improvement. Now, if Kate stops talking outloud to herself, what an improvement for her, too.

Great point, DFJ!

In fact, everyone in Salem talks to themselves. I know people from out of town must look at them and say, "Are all these people loopy?!"

I don´t mind when characters mumbles line or two for themselves, but I hate that "now I will recap the entire plot for those dumb viewers who didn´t understand it from the conversation before and all the flashbacks." which is like trademark for Reilly, Langan and co. It´s againt that gold rule "show, don´t tell" which should be a canon for all scriptwriters.

Anyway, it´s amazing how much the show changed, not even the main plots, because we are still dealing with things planned by Reilly, but the daily execution is so different. It just show how much all the writers suffered under Reilly´s dictatorship and that they can be good too, if somebody gives them freedom to show what they can. I can´t even imagine how different have to be those writers meeting now, when they aren´t communicating with a digital version of Reilly live from New York, but with a real person who understands

and cares about the show and is actually there on daily basis.

That was Kale Browne (Michael Hudson, AW).......... :)

I hope they give his character a name.......Did anyone catch the credits to see if his character does indeed have a name?
