Yes, Chloe Lane played by Nadia Bjorlin, one of the world's most beautiful women, who I am told is actually more beautiful than the camera shows, and who I am told is a very real, grounded person & not stuck up because of her looks. Chloe is Nancy & Craig's daughter, one of them. She has a son Parker who we can only guess is in boarding school. She never sees him or mentions him. If you ask me, Tripp needs to be at work as a doctor, to have a girlfriend, for his mother not to be crazy which he is out of luck on. He grew up without being in touch with either his mother, Ava, or his father, Patch. I think he struggles with how to act & how to be around people. He's a good boy. When he & Allie were together they had an active sex life, but then he lost her to a woman, so no telling if that works on him. He made the utmost sacrifice & took the devil out of Allie & then jumped 4 floors to his death. He was brought back to life. This stuff has to have warped him. I really like Tripp. Most people do not.

Oh, yeah, but the show spent all that time introducing the idea & then reinforcing it like crazy, that Eric had ALWAYS wanted a child of his own. Thnx again

It was a beautiful, successful wedding, ... so that's weird right there! Portia did a good job of covering her fear & confusion as if it were just being emotional because they're finally getting hitched. I have never seen an officiant ask the bride & groom if they specifically had any reason why they should not be wed. But, I suppose that was to increase the soapiness & put the audience through more wondering if Portia was gonna 'fess up. I really thought she was about to say she had to speak to Curtis privately! So, we definitely get to call Sprina a couple now instead of a potential couple. A date to a family wedding & a dance. I'm disgusted that it seems like Finn & Liz are gonna get right back together.

So, the rest of Valentine's Day & awkwardness besetting Stefan & Gabi, Sloan & Eric and EJ & Nicole. But, did Patch really see Kayla? Tripp's outta luck but he is finally acting like a son should to his dad. The thing is there's no way a fictional dream Kayla could have known those facts about what's happened in her "life" in the last week so it had to actually be Kayla reaching out to him. I guess because of the strength of their bond & it being their anniversary. This was Day 8 since we saw the Salem Angels last on Feb. 3rd. I wonder if we get a White Space day tomorrow? The awkwardness was played with such reality. I think Eric's been wearing glasses this whole crazed time! Stefan's gonna have to find someone to talk to besides Gabi when it comes to his feelings about Chloe! She could dump a lot of wine on him at this rate.

Just a little onesie thing about Gloria Monty, but it bugs me. She refused, even when people tried to tell her that she should, to put Jane Elliot up for the Daytime Emmy competition the year she withheld her father's medicine. A secretary had to take it upon herself to call Jane & fill her in & tell her that she needed to come to the office & nominate herself. (And, I believe she assisted in the process.) That's what happened Jane nominated herself & of course she won. Thank god for secretaries with spunk. Anyway to get more topical, Gloria Monty is a part of the cultural lexicon of soaps' glory years but in her own way she had negative effects, too.

I am of the opinion that no one should ever put Cameron Mathison in a beautifu tux & then hand him a mic because inevitably what people will envision is a product spokesperson or a game show host. Just finished watching today's show on Hulu & I have Wink Martindale stuck in my brain!

This, that we thought was happening in March, with the BS2 crew of Megan, Bo, Hope, Harris Michaels, etc. may just be the first "peacock-written" scripts. And, it's just getting underway the last week in Feb. instead of March. Nope, when it plays it says Feb. 14 & it has a balloon saying 30 days, which puts us back in March, where we thought we would be.
