Thanks for the tag. I also did some audio recordings of my favorite soaps.

Another World did what at the time I considered to be a copycat of AMC. During the summer some of the younger people left Bay City & went to New York. Much later, Rachel left Bay City & moved to New York. A beautician there became important to story back home as well as in the city. Carl followed Rachel to NY. It was there & then that they did the Poet's Walk & basically their romance began there during the Christmas season. The beautician was Loretta.

I was a big fan of STARTING OVER. Somehow I am not at all surprised for one of those residents to pop up here & now. Although I do not recall her specifically.

Both Anna & Laura have totally changed their tunes with Sonny. PM did that. He made that change in both of them & so far at least there's been no reversal. I dread that they could do a 180 with either one of them. I see this in what I dream is going to be Krazy Kristina! I hated this. GMAB! The guy is way too obvious. People are soon going to notice. And why did they kill off old guy politician? I don't get that.

I believe that it was known that she was unenthused, but not known if they wanted to put them together again, or not. So, halvsies. I'd say that is excellent spec.

I agree, of course, but to be fair, Beverlee McKinsey had not enjoyed the experience of being nominated & losing, for Iris on ANOTHER WORLD, so she chose not to be submitted, at GL.

Totally agree. There is a Locher Room where Nancy Curlee & Kimberly Simms are the guests & they did a watch party of that scene, that episode. Watch for a bit. Stop & discuss. Watch some more. Etc. I highly recommend it to you if you've not seen it. I hope I have described it suitably. I also really liked his one friendship - Maureen, I mean, of course. Total agreement. An actor's actor.

On Twi/X Kelly's Mom & a good portion of her fans are really being atrocious. I don't know any other way to say it. I'm sure there are fans of KeMo's who are not being ugly but so many are. Well, you're not asking me but I will tell you, anyway. WORST automatically is Conboy. To me Willmore doesn't even belong on this list. Neither does Kobe. So, next after Conboy, in order, Jill, Laibson, Rauch & finally Wheeler. Of these "evils" the ones who were most insistent in putting their own stamp on the show are to me so obvious: Jill, Paul Rauch, John Conboy. Laibson not so much & Wheeler not at all. The things Wheeler did, she had to do. Her only input was trying to figure out how to do them without a budget provided to do them with. Wheeler's huge flaw was her inexperience. I agree Dicopoulis was never offensive. BUT, putting him on recurring, when someone had to be, is to me a position of wrong place, wrong time. I also agree about Bradley Cole. When I think about how much money must have been spent on him, I get a little sick to my stomach. WHAT A WASTE.

I am hearing from reliable sources that things at the studio are "odd". Decisions being made. Frank specifically. Also Varni specifically. Also the new/old writers. Apparently there is a sense of unease. All adds up to more questions. Confidence is not being inspired.

I loved it when they did this. It was kinda like an AHA moment. And, finally, I am beginning to like this Tate more, especially in scenes with Brady. So, we are told that Kristen saw the damage to Brady's car, immediately put 2 and 2 together, and for Rachel's sake, she took care of it, doing away with the evidence entirely. Jada & Xander cannot stop arguing with each other. This is not the way to spend their time! John & Marlena are suspicious from a few different perspectives. Main, though, is why in the world would Brady not have mentioned his car being stolen????? Very tentatively, they mention "drinking?" At the hospital, of course, Brady runs into Tate & Holly. So, the truth comes out. He gets the low-down on the whole summer plan. As we can imagine, he is appalled. But, he seemed to me to be slow on the uptake. They'd be revealing something bad that they'd done & he's going, "You mean I spent all this money & your friend Aaron is the one at hockey camp?!!" Yes, Brady, try to keep up. While Brady is having a flashback involving his own troubles, Tate asks just how much trouble is he in. Maggie & Sarah had amazing dialogue, about Maggie's past, about Sarah's future & Holly comes in right in the middle of it. She puts 2 & 2 together & realizes it was because she had taken the key to the Horton cabin, and Maggie & Sarah were looking for it, so indirectly it is her fault that Sarah is paralyzed. Holly is overcome with guilt. Jada is telling EJ that Brady is her suspect & asks about an arrest warrant. Just that moment, Brady walks in & says, "I confess." What drama! So soapy.

To me the weird thing about Rick Hearst is that he is a really nice guy. Y'all can stop being concerned about Stephanie G. She's not coming to GH. I didn't care for Rylan on GL & I certainly did not on GH. I didn't see her on Y&R. For me, her score is 0 out 2 attempts. Given some of the stuff he pulled & his being Sonny's half-sib, it is a wonder they did not kill him off. And, in this case it's a good thing. As Molly's dad, right now he is definitely needed.
