Do you really think it was Wheeler who made the Cooper family front & center? It seems to me that had already started before Wheeler. That was so disturbing. There were reasons not to like Jeffrey.

Yesterday, I literally could NOT believe it. The show was awful. I had no idea that they could make me hate "Body & Soul" more than they already had. But, oh, yes, they did it. Imagine, just reflect for one moment. Bonnie, changing her lines as she memorized them. Audacious! And, Hattie, good grief. I couldn't be more pleased to be past Killer Konnie! But, I had hoped to have a time of looking forward to the show. No such luck!

I don't see that. Where does the idea that Alexis is playing both sides, even come from? Especially after today when Alexis explained that she did not believe that Kristina would pursue custody. This is exactly what I thought, all along. We will never know now.

Some say that the argument that one demo is better than another is really not meaningful & advertisers just sold that idea back awhile ago. Just the other day some people were remarking on how the ads for GH had improved so, specifically citing pharma versus advertisers like, I think they said, Macy's. I have to admit I really don't notice them. I used to but I just don't anymore.

Okay. Didn't know. I thought today was an excellent day, as far as that might go, lately at GH. Holly cracked me up. Arrive too late but boldly announce, "I am here to save the world!" Marty, again good with Alexis. Not so sure about with Molly. Still say awful haircut, WHY? And, I've decided that y'all are right & he needs the facial hair. Krissy with her dad, yes, they just work. Jordan really has a thing for Isaiah, doesn't she? Sam has a lot of nerve. Wonder why she didn't make her appeal directly to Sonny?! Sam was a little off. Is it that Carly is doing nothing or is it that Carly is pulling Jason's strings? Pick one, you can't have it both ways. The person I feel the most sorry for is, well, Blaze. But the second most, that would be Dante. I don't know how he is going to get through this. And, his partner Chase was a little rough on him.

Believe me, Sonny paying for Marty for Alexis is as far as he will go.

So next week GH not on 3 days. Will it help? Will it not? I'm baffled. Both on ABC & also on ESPN. Are the baseball playoffs really that much of a thing?

Me, too! I really totally misunderstood what you were saying. I thought you were down on the whole thing, not at all just the new title tweak.

I'm not as concerned with the lack of beard but why did he get that awful haircut?!! I have learned something new. Previously I had been told that Patrick walked, that he was not fired. Well, at the SB Reunion he said that in fact he was fired. Also said that no, the network had not interfered with his writing. And, another person confirms that he was let go at the end of his contract cycle. Also adding that he was a really fine writer but he just couldn't write for a show as big as GH is. And that the network really loves this big rotating cast. I was SHOCKED, I tell you. Imagine that Disney gives a hoot about the size, and rotation, of the cast of its remaining soap opera. I really cannot imagine that! Disney wants GH to have 60 effing people. What are we to think when we think 15 should be cut? And, it is funny, by that I mean odd. I get that the writers of the show get to make up rules they follow, also that they don't follow. But, in a case like today, where Kristina & Blaze made an agreement & now the show just wants to forget that. Is that in any way fair?

This was Day 31 since Blaze has been gone, also no mention of her till today. BUT, there is a problem. The day she left they agreed to one thing: that they would stay in touch. Nothing else. Only that. So, what the puck was that about today?!!! And, here is that scene. Ali even said something about finally getting a win, after they said "Deal." You'll see.

Bridget & Dylan, the real one, were kinda classic. But who knows it could have been just that I was a pushover for Melissa Hayden. Was that her name? I only know that I loved that character.

It must have just started alerting us that we are way over the "limit".

I was quite surprised to learn that it was one of the show's summer storylines. I don't believe the shows I was watching at the time did anything remotely that serious, with that much gravitas, in the summer. But, now that I consider it, I wonder why not. It was a perfect time to teach some lesson.
