  1. You're in the right place, Luv. I wasn't a fan of Tracy at the time and didn't pay much attention, but one thing I will say is that no matter who was writing/directing, Jane Elliot has always carried a consistent thread of "Tracy" throughout. This character is rarely given the extremes in OOC behaviour that other characters have experienced. If Claire wrote for Tracy it was only briefly. Tracy left in '93 when CL started and briefly returned in '96 when CL ended her run. WR started as EP in '92 so Jane would have worked with her until she left in '93 and again '96. I'll let the others who were JE/Tracy fans of the day give opinions on storyline, but I will say that her time with Marco is some of the most favoured by those who's watched her. Tracy is always at her best when she has a partner to scheme with, and her leaving Marco behind didn't ring true to the friendship IMO.
  2. No Funny, it's not too much to ask. Interesting that the wording of spoilers has changed from "LuNacy wed on Laura's birthday" to LuNacy Christmas wedding. I'm still thinking someone is having fun at the LnLers expense.
  3. Very true - and every child actor was included except the toddlers playing Sydney. Just like a real family the "parents" and "siblings" looked after the younger ones and the Seniors made sure the Juniors were involved. All in all very well done, though I think some fans forget these are normal people doing a job (crying girl was a bit much). I hope the Christmas wedding is worthy of them. This so called "hijinks" is absolutely ridiculous and I'm amazed JE hasn't checked out yet like TG did. Perhaps you're right and when his play is over he'll be more engaged. What they are giving them now can't be that challenging to perform. I haven't even watched GH for the past three days even knowing that Tracy was on, but I've already watched the advance Days show for tomorrow. Says something about where my interests are being held.
  4. Spent the day watching Days of our Lives live stream FREE fan celebration in LA for their 45th Anniversary and the acknowledgements on and off screen just keep going. Looking back at the crap JFP gave us when General Hospital reached that landmark is even more upsetting. And Days doesn't have anywhere near the budget that GH has to use. Fans were royally screwed.
  5. Ashton never did a thing for me, but I'd love to see how he would stick it to Luke and finally the proverbial Shoe of Jealousy would be on the tender tootsies of another.
  6. It's about time someone of the Spencermaine persuasion realized how Carly is manipulating Lulu. Tracy already gave Carly the smack-down and I've no doubt if she was actually part of the Lulu/Dante/Brook story, Trace would have figured it out in a nanosecond. But alas we were denied the most obvious story in years (trying not to be pissed) so at least someone will hopefully pick up on Carly's manipulations soon. As always, thanks Hooked for the info. Duelling insiders is always fun. The truth is either right in the middle of that or no where near it. Time will tell.
  7. Luke does seem even more pathetic this time around. i hope he gets his sh*t together and soon.
  8. Okay, thanks. I'll watch later. My babies have been sick for the past two weeks and I just haven't been getting TV time.
  9. ILTQ, I'm with you on both the proxy and EWCBO. I'll wait and see. Still haven't seen yesterday or today so I've got no idea if Her Goodness was on or not. Luke needs to be slapped five ways from Friday!
  10. That does make more sense, Hooked. Thanks for bringing it over. I wonder if the return of Hellzabub with FINALLY bring out raging Grannie.
  11. Good, I'm actually glad it's not LuNacy having another Vegas thing. I want the real deal for them - they deserve it. Question as always is after Ethan finally gets into Maya's pants, it he going to put up with her condescending attitude? I'm thinking that's a big no.
  12. GF isn't returning and JF talking about his wife's career prospects to an unnamed fan at a Star Trek convention? Urban legend much? Laura never gives LuNacy story only attention. It just give LnLers fodder for their continued barrage of TPTB, who I'm sure they are getting tired of the BS. All you have to do is mention "Laura" in any capacity and a whole group of fans sits up - it's quite Pavlovian. Remember how she was definitely returning now that LuNacy's marriage was found to be false? If we only had a dime for every howl at the LnL moon on this one, we'd all be rich. Same old schtick from the same old diehards who think for some reason they are the only ones allowed the "forever" pairing. GH was subtle in trying to say LnL was over for good, then TPTB had to ramp it up, and now it's like the i-dots need to be bludgeoned before they get the hint - Laura is not part of GH, period. LuNacy fans giving this the time of day is even more than it deserves.
  13. I'm a huge SciFi person and I've heard nothing about JFrakes or his talking about GF. I think it's all hogwash built up around the mention of LuNacy's wedding being on EWCBO's birthday. The LnL/GFers are desperate and still haven't cottoned on to the fact that their fav is history. I mean in all honesty when the Spencer Sibs are focused on getting Ma and Pa back together, it's obvious EWCBO doesn't even factor into her kids' thinking. It's deflection, c'est tout. But the picture itself is just horrid. Seriously - let this be the last straw in the LuNacy schtick before a real story is told between the two. Spoilers are encouraging that we will get a real LuNacy wedding that's worthy of them. This is such low-brow camp it's not funny. I'm hoping that in all of this Mayan is the one to be married and then we'll actually have a story to tell to explain the devolution of that "relationship". That LuNacy got attention is the ONLY thing to celebrate in this……. the only thing...
  14. I actually want a big splashy Christmas wedding for them - regardless of dates - then another run away to Vegas wedding. I think LuNacy deserves that honour, and God knows Tracy deserves to be swept off her feet and given the wedding she wants. TG said Luke has finally grown up with Tracy, well lets see Luke walk the talk!
  15. Sounds good, but I'm ready to see some of that "maturity".
  16. Oh, Nelson is a big time Tracy/Jane fan... I'd love to see him do something with her. Halee, the mind does pick up where Tracy left off, doesn't it. LOL.....
  17. That's fine - you don't have to like CH... doesn't need a reason. Personally I don't care for her politics, but then I'm an old-time liberal. Love the dates and the frequency of Tracy/LuNacy. I'm trying to get my head around TG's quote of JE saying she doesn't want to work that hard.... but I MISS her!!!
  18. Why hate on CH? The Q's never have Thanksgiving dinner - they have Thanksgiving pizza. Tracy/Siobhan.... colour me happy. Tweet from her handyman... so cute.
  19. I still say Mama hasn't bought it whole.
  20. Ethan should have better chops than this - he's got a long road to walk to be a Spencer-style schemer. He's got the raw material but he doesn't have the finesse.
  21. Yeah, marriage is different than living together. It's one of those "intangibles" that's hard to explain but easy to feel. The pushiness is why I think Tracy will get wise to him. Not necessary that she thinks the heart attack was a fake but that he's using it to manipulate her and that's what she's not falling for.
  22. Okay, it's almost half way into the show before we see LuNacy but I've got to say the Spencer Sibs are earning their love today. In Lulu's words "Dad needs this, we all need this" in reference to everyone supporting Luke as he uses this heart attach to get Tracy back into their family. It's sweet actually. Okay, very sappy LuNacy. She knows he's a liar but a very poetic one and she apologizes for not paying more attention when he was at the MC having the 'heart attack'. She's still putting him off on the marriage part and it's frustrating Luke. Later Tracy lays down the law about how Luke is going to live this time - no booze, cigars, etc. and he's not amused. Lulu shows up with Lucky who cryptically tells Luke he knows exactly what he's up to. Lulu pulls Tracy out and tries to get her to go home to relax but Tracy isn't leaving. Lucky doing some LuNacy propping. (I'm really liking Lucky and Siobhan). More LuNacy goodness, Tracy wondering why they can only talk honestly when one of them is at death's door and Luke saying they've both been burned so badly that they can't trust it. Trace is playing with his fingers the whole time. Tracy tells him that Lulu tried to get her to leave but Tracy said the only place for her is by his side, and she admits she's hopelessly in love with him. Luke wants her to prove it by marrying him. Piph walks in a kicks Tracy out because she's not "family". They both try to tell her it doesn't matter but Piph gets firm and Tracy rises to say fine, she's leaving. Then she kisses Luke and leaves and yes.... he does say "Bye Angel". Once she's gone Luke continues to be frustrated but his lack of progress. NOW...... Tracy leaves with an interesting expression on her face, and she gave in very easily to Epiphany. These two women have history with each other and with Luke, so I wouldn't put it past either of them to be working together to set Luke up. That's my take anyway.
  23. Angel? Angel? that's the ONE word Luke can never call her. Let me watch and I'll see what's what
  24. In all honesty I'd rather Tracy - Luke always gets to be the one who leaves. I'd go with the Maya option, too.
  25. Good for NL - I hope her mother's better. And good for GH - perhaps with TR's interest elsewhere he'll stop his bad mouthing the show.
