Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Wow, didn't think we'd ever see Jesus Jugs again! Why not, for a visit. I forget who her scene is with... Emily? Random. Re: Sarah Paulson vs. LVP. Meh. Take it with a grain of salt. Not everyone can be "on" all the time. How many times did people ask Rosie O'Donnell if everything is alright during her 6-year talk show run, when people would see her and she didn't have her perpetual "TV Smile" look? I do like her NYC love though. Some time back, she said her all-time least favorite housewife was Kelly Bensimon. Good choice. Also, I'm in agreement that Jill should return. Side note: The same episode when Sarah said that, Andy also asked her who her celebrity crush was while growing up. Her answer was Brian Bloom, and Andy instantly remembered him as Dusty on As the World Turns. Housewives really is the modern-day soap opera for so many who grew up on them.

I have a Celeste Perrault premonition that Bernie's own health (even death, dare I say?) will be his undoing in his goal for presidency. I mean, he's 78! If he became prez in 2021, that puts him there from age 79 to 83. And if it is God's will, 83 to 87. I don't think so. I'm not ageist, just realistic. Aside from Trump, Bernie and Biden should not be running. I want someone in office who isn't going to keel over if the wind blows too hard. And I want our next Democratic president to last for two full terms.

Small victories celebrated, but Potomac's 3 reunion episodes stayed steady at 1.1+ million, versus falling out as the weeks progressed.

Looks to be a big year for Cynthia. I'm glad they have this cast back (Kenya back, rif-raff gone). Let's see which personality Nene has this year...

They mentioned Jerry in the first episode of the Roseanne reboot. Nothing about Andy ever.

Glad to have another season of The Conners back. I wonder if they'll finally address where the hell Andy is. And perhaps a shout-out again about Jerry?

Yes! All those juicy sound bytes "off camera" but still mic'ed up in between the reunion is going to make for a great S5, with all the women uncomfortable with filming with Michael. I'm glad Monique/Candaice both had their friendship falling out as this year's "thorn." I'm still Team Monique all the way and think Candaice is the one who needs to grow up, but there's hope for next year! Poor Juan, he's clearly skeeved out by his former buddy Mikey... I wish they had dove in a little more about the tea Candaice's hubby shared about another incident involving Michael butt grabbing. But I suppose they were all butt-grabbed out by the end of the night. Speaking of the ending, how funny that after spending the entire day doing the reunion, Karen and Ashley STILL had another go-around on the couch right before the toast? And that ended up being Karen's chosen "thorn" for the season. LOL She serves us blunt realness from beginning to end. He sounded Trumpian. Ignore his own misconduct, just focus on the overall integrity of the many, many messengers. He looked a fool, while lil miss Ashley is holding on for dear life to secure those alimony checks down the line. LOL I hope they come back next year. I gotta see them burn out one more season

I'm guessing they keep Eva because of name/face recognition. Tanya is kinda dorky and is best left as an official friend. Marlo, well, she'll never get a peach, not with her colorful past.

Beautiful photo! To be honest, I had to google who didn't return from last season (Shamari). One and done.

That's how me and the hubby are. Sometime during the 3rd season, we found ourselves just laughing our asses off with her instead of at her (I think if we rewatched S1 & S2, we'd have a greater appreciation for her). But rather than just coming off as a cold Elektra Abundance, she has warmth and heart, and shows empathy and concern, even for her biggest haters. I still LOL when she tried to help Candaice express her thoughts on their France trip, and then when Candaice starts popping off, you hear Karen saying, "Okay now you let it go left..." ... "Okay I helped you start, but you're a grown ass woman you can fight your own battles" and proceeds to walk away from the group and take selfies in the sunset! I just fell in love in that scene. Karen is my favorite, Monique is my runner-up, too. I didn't have a problem with her this year at all (Candaice can just be too much at times, without valid reasons for her temper tantrums).

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Exactly. Multiple dead horses have been beaten over and over in Beverly Hills. I could never see those hoes genuinely hanging out without cameras rolling. The original 6, yes, but not this current posse. Meanwhile, I see Jill Zarin and Ramona hanging out all the time now, and I can't help but wish a Bravo camera and producer was getting footage.

I agree on the curiosity of the Mean Girls group imploding and turning on one another because that's how it often goes in real life. I would be here for a Rinna vs. Kyle fight of "who's the leader of the pack?" and have them both look bad(der). Gosh, these shows can really destroy real-life long term friendships. I guess we can be happy, for their sakes, that Eileen didn't stay too long for her and Rinna to eventually have an on-camera falling out? +1 definitely. S3 & S4 was Atlanta at its finest before it got too manufactured for the cameras. For Cynthia, I think at the time when it originally aired she was a little boring, but when you watch it again, she's the calm in the midst of the storms, and her family drama was authentic. She's one that just got better and better over time. I... uh... what? I will say kudos to that Linda Evans wig. Spot on.

@Cat Ooh girl, I stand corrected Maybe she was Ashley Abbotting after all. Or at least wants that ego stroking and audience to start clamoring for a return down the line...

Shane and Emily stir up memories of Craig & Nancy Wesley on DAYS for me... OC finally heated up last night, and I must say, I love how the women are seeing Kelly for the annoying, obnoxious, uncouth, trashy, immature loudmouth that she is. Braunwyn, you're cozying up to the wrong clan. Kelly really thinks she's top dog of this franchise now, but her sloppy ways shown through last night. Listening to her trying to shill that calcium water was cringe-worthy. She just sounds dumb, no matter what she's talking about. Terrible spokesperson for a new product. Fun episode though!

I don't think Eileen was aiming for her old job. When someone called in and asked if she'd come back to RHOBH, she looked over at Andy with a "thanks but no thanks" look before basically explaining that she's not interested in returning other than a lil pop-up (like a random Rinna or Rottika scene). I am otherwise disappointed that she's on the LVP-Is-the-Devil bandwagon. I was hoping a caller would ask why she didn't return to DAYS/What's her opinion on Kristen being recast? but nada about that. I can't remember, did Eileen and Dorit have beef at one point?

Interesting tidbit, thanks. I have to dig out some old Digests around the mid 90's when they focused on African-American representation (or lack thereof) on soaps and it did a rundown of the top-rated shows among black households. At the time, DAYS was No. 2 in households but at the bottom in black homes which I was surprised to see.

Props to SNL for FINALLY including someone Asian. I just hope he isn't a "token hire" who isn't actually funny, like Sasheer Zamata and currently Ego Nwodim (there's still hope for her, but so far, pretty bland like Zamata).

Oh the Bravo producers are definitely having fun in the editing department to make them look as bad as possible. That ending scene with Michael creeping in the back was indeed an editor's handiwork but it still did the job right. Boy, did that hour fly by! I was actually mad when the preview for next week popped up. Candaice was good but she be a little ratchet with her delivery. In the words of Bethenny, "just because you're loud, doesn't mean you're right." Candaice was mostly right but she'll never take ownership for her over-the-top reaction at the dinner party, nor will she acknowledge that her house is just as much her mom's house (legally, financially) as it is hers. It's not 51%/49%, it's 50/50. At least she's finally paying the whole mortgage herself. Interesting lil' tidbit about Candaice's hubby also coming from money. The Candaice/Ashley revelations interspersed throughout their arguing is so messy good! The Grande Dame so effortlessly slaying Gizelle. Yes! Her side digs and telling it like it is about everyone is so delicious. Four seasons in, and Andy is still trying to make Gizelle happen And Monique is everything and I can't wait to see her get into the mix next week. I'll love seeing her next season, post-pregnancy and ready to get down again. Robyn was there too, right?

REAL HOUSEWIVES OF DALLAS BRAVO 9:00 PM 634 0.2 That's 634,000 viewers, and a 0.2 18-49 demo. Yikes indeed. P.S. sorry I don't watch it either... It's the only one I don't watch.
