I don't wish cancelation on any soap, but B&B needs a complete overhaul. Brad Bell has always had these creative resurgence moments and then it is nothing but drivel until the next resurgence. We've just been subjected to this slump for a really long period of time. The fact that not one person brought up that Bill also got Taylor off the hook for shooting him in the back all those years ago is just ridiculous. Steffy, Ridge and Taylor are all hypocrites and those beats should most definitely be played out. He has been the headwriter for almost three decades. Hire a continuity person, like BTG, to help with the lack of follow through on his own storylines. What has been done to Brooke is criminal but this rant is over for now.

I love that we have a 4th soap. I never thought we would see that again. I, personally, haven't smiled this much about a soap. I will accept these first week numbers, but I need BTG #1.

Week two is in the books and already, I can see the technical improvements. BTG, is definitely the soap we all needed right now. I love this soap and I honestly can't say anything negative about it. Sure, some of the cast is green, but I am willing to give them some time. And the expository dialogue, it is a must especially for viewers that are not as passionate as we are and watching daily. The character I hate (maybe love later) is Martin. I love Nicole the best after 2 weeks. Vanessa was a surprise and I love her too.

I loved today's episode. So happy we're getting to know more of the characters. I loved Kat, Eva, Dana/Leslie, Nicole, Smitty and Vanessa. Martin wasn't as insufferable as he's been. Nice to see more of Doug and Jacob's world too.

Today's episode is definitely my favorite so far. Everything from last week came together nicely. I loved the disdain Anita had for Dani. I also loved how the family came together and the cracks that are very prevalent. Jacob & Naomi are definitely going to have trouble because of the family and his job as a cop. I've come to the conclusion Martin is just a dick but I loved how he seemingly showed some type of affection for Smitty today. Derek actually made an impression on me today and I saw the makings of a triangle with Ashley and Andre. Like I said earlier, this was my favorite episode by far. I can't wait to see how this continues to unfold.

I loved today's episode. Dan O'Connor did a great job with the script. Dare I say it, but is DAYS back on track after these horrible past few months???

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that RJ and Thomas are not involved with this Forrester takeover story. RJ should be all over this. And Thomas could be a thorn in Carter & Hope's "romance" and a player in the takeover. Having Dapnee Rose is doing nothing for me other than causing frustration for the stupidity of it all.

What a great week of drama from BTG. I thoroughly enjoyed each episode. Michele Val Jean deserves all of her flowers. Standouts for me week one are Nicole, Vanessa, Bill, Naomi and Andre. It's obvious a lot of care and consideration went into casting this show. I am willing to give the other performers, that are new to daytime, more time to settle in. Overall, BTG deserves an A- for week 1 from me. Kudos 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾

I totally agree and I hate the way he talks to Smitty, as if he's above him or better than him. I want to see more though to find out how they started out and how they ended up here.

I just realized the only contract player we haven't seen yet is Alex Alegria who is Tomas Navarro. I assume we'll meet him soon. But two episodes in and I love BTG so much already.

That's very interesting about Ryan Quan leaving DAYS. I have followed his career from Passions to DAYS. GH needs all the help it can get in the writers room, so I wish him much luck and success over there.

I'm actually off today and it's just airing on the CBS affiliate here in San Diego. How odd it's already up on Paramount+

So, I was finally able to watch the first episode of BTG. It definitely did not disappoint and achieved the goal of leaving me wanting more. All of the characters presented today intrigued me and I can't wait to learn more about them. Brava, to MVJ, SD, JHC and everyone associated with this production 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
