Yeah, I concur about the way Brooke is being written. She SUCKS and that makes me sad because I loved Brooke for years. She's awful and a pale comparison to the force Stephanie Forrester was.

I'm all caught up. I love how when someone comments about storylines being dropped and like magic the show revisits it. Case in point, Martin's and Vernon's ordeal. Martin is still dealing with the ramifications and I accepted his explain of staying as busy as possible. I absolutely love the friendship Vanessa has with both Nicole and Dani. It's so believable to me. I still think Vanessa is a hot mess but that's another post. Also, put me in the category of being a fan of Ashley & Grayson. I love how the show pivoted with Ashley and Derek and I've never liked the characters more. But, I do hope Grayson makes it out his current mess alive.

Does anyone know the episode counts for both seasons??? I'm curious if they will increase to the standard 250 episode seasons like the others soaps.

I just finished Friday's episode and I loved so much about it. Nicole and Vanessa reconciling, Dani and Bill's shenanigans and anything with Eva and Kat. It's such a relief not having to talk about the shows survival for the next couple of years and just enjoying the ride.

Yay for BTG and B&B!!! So happy for them both.

I met Ashley Jones at last years B&B event and she was absolutely lovely. She gave no indication at all to being a despicable MAGA lover.

OMG, how awesome was it that Hayley mentioned Fenmore's, Forrester Creations, Barbara Ryan Originals and Spectra Fashions? I loved the synergy. BTG is so good and I only expect even greater things to come, now that we can all relax and enjoy the ride with the announcement of it's 2 year renewal.

It's been two weeks since we've had a ratings update. I'm hoping we get one soon.

It can't be a coincidence that in 2024 Y&R was renewed for 4 years, then B&B was renewed for 3 years in 2025 and now BTG has been renewed for 2 years in 2026. That means all three shows come up for renewal in 2028.

So, how many versions of the opening do we actually have now? Last week there were three, but the one with Alex Alegria at the beginning was only shown once earlier last week. Timon Kyle Durrett and Lauren Buglioli have started the others. Is AA out of the opening now? Inquiring minds want to know.

BTG is definitely planting the seeds for what I believe will be an explosive May and June. I'm loving it all. I just need that renewal announcement already, so I can breathe a sigh of relief.

OMG, I couldn't agree more. Brooke was absolutely awful today. I am team Katie all the way. I loved every second of it. I'm so looking forward to seeing how this all plays out. I'm thrilled Brad Bell has a great younger cast in Will, RJ, Electra, Dylan, Deke and Remy.

I loved so much about B&B this week. I really enjoyed the Taylor/Deacon/Sheila drama. I actually felt sorry for Sheila. I truly wished Rebecca Budig was playing a different character. She's just not Taylor to me and it's been what two years now??? I hated every scene Ridge was in. I can't stand him. I'm also looking forward to next weeks scenes with Will/RJ and Brooke/Katie. Brad Bell has multiple stories going on and I love it. I hope it continues.

I finished up with this week's episodes and I must say, it was a really strong week. The scenes with June and Samantha, Lynette upping the ante with her blackmail towards Hayley, Leslie vs. Darlene, love in the afternoon with Martin & Smitty and my favorite, the argument between Nicole and Vanessa. Of course the Scooby Doo gang (Jacob/Smitty/Grayson) is laughable but I still find it entertaining. I hope we get a renewal announcement this week regarding the shows future (multi-year renewal 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾).

I, too, am confident the show is definitely being renewed. I think we're going to hear next week during CBS' upfronts.

I'm in NY visiting and I just saw they added Lami (Izaiah) to the opening. So exciting 🙌🏾 🙌🏾🙌🏾

While I totally agree everyone is entitled to their opinions some of the criticism BTG is receiving almost makes me think we're watching a different show. We're all aware of the budgetary constraints that all the daytime soaps must contend with. BTG is no different just because it's the new kid on the block. The team that BTG has in place is trying to avoid the pitfalls that the other canceled soaps faced. There are constant complaints about the lack of sets but TPTB are always a step ahead and new sets are popping up regularly. My point for this post is to say, yes, nothing is perfect but why drag the show for filth after 14 months when it doesn't deserve it IMO. Thanks and Happy Easter to those who celebrate.

OMG, I was laughing so hard at Hayley's reactions to everyone wanting to talk with Bill. I cannot wait for her guaranteed downfall. I so prefer Nicole with Kial and surprisingly I really like Ted with Shanice. Jen Jacob has really grown on me. I really like Ashley and Grayson, too.

Alex Alegria is not the greatest actor but he's not the worst. Ronn Moss was the absolute worst actor for over 25 years. He NEVER improved and I'll leave it at that. Things over the past week have moved things to a different level. It's like the gas peddle has been pushed. I watched Michael Fairman's interview with Clifton Davis, Sheila Ducksworth, Sean Freeman and Tamara Tunie. It really sounds like some great stuff is coming up and I can't wait.
