BTS means "behind-the-scenes". Sometimes used for fun photos of actors on set or in dressing rooms (not in character.) Or promotional pics in wardrobe, etc. BTS can also mean "behind-the-scenes" intel but ... BTS intel *facts* about the Melaswen storyline -- the show was really going to fire (or did fire) most or all of the actors whose characters "died", but then management changed their minds. BTS rumors can happen if someone-who-knows-someone-who-knows-someone ... sometimes works as an extra or on the crew or on the lot... and hears/sees things, but this source might not know the full context of what they saw/heard. And they pass it on to someone who adds their own interpretation, etc. And eventually it appears online. But by the time it's posted, is it actual intel? Probably why the thread title says *possible* BTS.

On Friday 24 March CDN (Mon 27th US) At the gala, Lauren and Michael approach Christine at the gala. Lauren says "I see you're flying solo tonight. What does Paul have on the agenda now that he's the retired chief of police?" Christine replies "Actually, Paul is in Portugal. Heather and Lucy's visit wasn't long enough, so he went there to visit." Lauren - "That sounds like fun. I can't wait to see pictures." Christine changes the subject .... and compliments Lauren and Michael on the food and beverages they selected/arranged to be served for the menu at the gala. The three of them banter about that. Michael asks about the arbitration, but Christine can't discuss it and says he shouldn't have asked. Then Christine says that after that case is settled, she's considering a move, perhaps becoming District Attorney again. "I think it would be good for me, I um.... need a change".

It's not a regular episode of Entertainment Tonight. It's a separate special on CBS in the primetime lineup. It is hosted by the host of Entertainment Tonight, but this is its own thing -- an "Entertainment Tonight Special" (That was clear in the announcement -- but somehow I had missed that, LOL). If we set DVR/Tivo for Entertainment Tonight, we *might* miss it. I guess set up to record the full name as listed in the start of this thread: "The Young and the Restless 50th Anniversary Celebration, An Entertainment Tonight Special" For example, my TV listings don't even have ET mentioned for this. It shows only this: "The Young and the Restless 50th Anniversary Celebration" Also note -this special is one hour. The regular ET is a half-hour and airs separately. Where I live, the regular daily episode of ET airs for a half-hour. Followed by the one-hour special about Y&R.

I just noticed that Stafford's gala gown has a full-length veil that that drapes from the back of the dress, so that could fit the silhouette. Stafford seems to have confirmed that she's the woman in the new silhouette.

Did you watch the clip? She said she avoided talking about any work as an actress to her day job clients. Just acting in general. She wasn't ashamed. She simply had a job as an employment headhunter that paid the bills, and she was concerned that her clients there might have have bias that she'd be less intelligent/competent at that job because she was also an actress. She thought they might perceive her as a "dumb actress". Regarding Y&R, she said one of her clients recognized her and asked her if she was on a soap and she denied it because it might affect her ability to continue to get work in her day job.

She manages to turn around the comments about Desperate Housewives by pointing out that she used her long hours on the DH set to learn everything she could about directing and now she has her own production company. There's an entire section of the interview about her involvement in politics in the Democratic Party and how to reach out to Latino voters. And of course she talks about her cooking show. And about a film she directed. And about her Texas roots

I was just *assuming* it was them. (and I should not assume!) You could be right, it could be anyone. Maybe it's supposed to be *suggestive* of them? The woman in the silhouette seems to be wearing something similar to Nikki's gala gown.

Did a search and found the photo https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/chaz-guest-victoria-rowell-angell-conwell-and-bryton-james-news-photo/1248911274 Ms. Rowell was with seated with artist Chaz Guest - (apparently Guest was her guest). It doesn't say who the man behind them is.

I don't know. Bryton recently put it on his IG stories - and he cited the "lesfeuxdelamourfrance" IG page. That page didn't give a source. I don't know who originally took the photo or who the man in the back is.

I think it's mostly speculation based on the discussion in this thread, LOL That came from soapoperaspy, and their headline of the item on their site has a question mark.
