@Errol Effective yesterday January 24, I can now see embedded tweets on the SON messageboard, the SON main site, and on unrelated (non-SON) news sites. I can now see the embedded tweets fine on firefox and on my outdated Chrome browser, but not on Microsoft Edge. (I rarely use Microsoft Edge, so I don't care about that.) ** This is in reference to all the places where embedded tweets hadn't displayed properly for me since January 10. I'm still on Windows 7 and I haven't changed anything about my computer. So I guess the issue wasn't with my computer after all. Since the improvement (for me) is fixed on SON *and* on non-SON sites, it wasn't an SON issue. No idea what the issue was, but it's resolved now. No idea why I can see embedded tweets now, but I can!

That's the actor on B&B who plays the bartender/waiter who works at Il Giardino for Deacon. ------------------------------------ I don't need a handsome actor as Lucky. I don't need a bland actor as Lucky. (I realize that some of you are snarking, but still). I don't want someone empty-minded. I need an actor who can act in deeply thoughtful ways that have the right amount of emotion. Like JJ did originally. (not the stupid drug storyline) Lucky isn't a random stud. He should feel like a real person.

Tuesday, January 23 U.S. Kyle and Summer were both getting coffee, and then discussed that they each just got word that their divorce is final. Chance walked in. Kyle noticed that she has a crush on Chance, she started to deny it, Kyle said it's fine and wished her happiness.

Yes I have been reading about that. But I never watched any of the shows Santa Barbara or Guiding Light, not at all. So all the comments about what went on with those shows don't really register in my mind. However I am familiar with JFP micromanaging on AMC and Y&R so I get the general idea. Edit, not AMC.

Oh! Thanks on all three points. I wasn't able to watch regularly during that time period so I missed a lot.

Trying to get back on topic, I asked about JJ's exit as Lucky because I wondered how Mulcahey felt about the character. (Since that exit was written as Lucky being presumed dead in a fire). Glad to learn that JJ wanted to leave and it wasn't something Mulcahey initiated. Just trying to understand what characters Mulcahey would write for.

Burton said in several recent interviews that he's getting older and probably only has two or three years of acting left in him (whatever that means), and so he wanted to end his acting career on GH if possible.

Oh right. Someone saw them filming at The Savoy set for the Valentine's Day episode. The SOD 2024 preview said "Maxie/Spinelli: Maxie and Spinelli are growing closer, not just because they're sharing quarters, but the fact that Maxie and Spinelli moved in under false pretenses thanks to Felicia's scheming is a ticking time bomb that may come back to haunt them."

The B&B stuff is probably Luna's paternity? and definitely the Emma stuff. The Days stuff for Valentines day: the scavenger hunt and Johnny/Chanel wedding we already knew. Jarlena romance is eternal. The only spoilers are the breakfast surprise and the ring. The GH stuff - Sprina in Paris is this week which is in the daily spoilers. The looming threat is new. The return is Jason of course. The rekindled romance? Don't know. Y&R is what already aired in January as everyone said above-thread.

The TV Guide print magazine comes out only every three weeks. Plus it is sent out early in the postal mail. This new regular feature of a soaps column that began after SOD shut down ... doesn't really work in this model. Due to the timing logistics, whatever soaps spoilers they print are either vague, what we already know, or have partially already aired. Following the prior pattern, this will be reprinted later on the tvinsider.com website, each soap having its own article.

I read that theory elsewhere, recently, too. Do anyone know for sure? Was Lucky written out or did JJ choose to leave? If Lucky was written out, was it Mulcahey's idea or was it from someone else on the writing team or producers?

Yes he has said that in multiple interviews in the past few weeks.
