  1. Do you have a link to her ig account, if possible?

  3. Mr. Dugan is the director/whatever of the veteran's hospital. His position wasn't stated, but he had his own office, and was dressed professionally as in shirt, tie, jacket, etc. He could have been a mid-level clerk hired to speak with visitors, or to handle inquiries, or even a psychologist, but he wasn't in doctor attire. I guess safer to say "veterans hospital employee with some authority." He showed John Black the military record and dogtags that the veterans' hospital system had for Dick Van Dyke's character. Mr. Dugan was sincere, professional, and helpful. He gave out only the military record on file, but didn't disclose medical records. (The prewar identity in the military file had been incorrect for 70 years because the dogtags had been switched 70 years ago; but Mr. Dugan and the veterans system didn't know that.). This character "Mr. Dugan" appeared for only one episode, but he was very significant to the Dick Van Dyke storyline! I don't think he'll air again, but you never know. BTS pic from the actor's instagram:
  4. beth_milstein Just heartbroken to lose 3 such talents and one dear friend in such a short span of time. Arleen Sorkin, Billy Miller, and Chip Dox — you will be greatly missed. May you all rest in peace.
  5. These are all from Elizabeth Hendrickson's ig stories:
  6. Nope. it's Shane! There was a lot of speculation/assumption that it would be Tate at the door ... because there was a spoiler that Theresa encounters a "loved one" on Monday Sept. 18. SORASed Tate appears at some point between now and the next few weeks -- either in Greece or in Salem. But he's not the person Monday in Greece. Shane arrives at Alex's hotel room in Greece to deliver something the ISA recovered from Victor's plane, and Theresa is in Alex's room and answers the door.
  7. I already acknowledged that I'm aware that I'm in a small minority on this board who feel the way I feel. He's the sort of guy that's never been my type. It's not right or wrong, it's just personal taste, everyone has likes and dislikes.
  8. I have observed the same thing with other online places that try to embed tweets ... it won't embed if the URL is x.com ... but the same tweet will embed if you change the URL of the tweet to twitter.com I guess it takes a while for sites to reconfigure for embedding x.com
  9. What is the U.S. airdate of Y&R's season 51 start? Other sites are reporting October 3rd, is that correct?
  10. Season Three of All Rise resumes with the final 10 episodes on OWN. This was filmed long ago, way before the strikes, so they can air it. The two halves of Season Three were filmed as one season, but are airing one year apart. Season 3a (episodes 1-10) aired June 7 - Aug 9, 2022. Season 3b (episodes 11-20) begins airing Sept. 16, 2023. Deadline says that this is the end, and the show is not renewed for Season Four. https://deadline.com/2023/08/all-rise-canceled-season-3-premiere-date-own-1235524879/ Fyi, season 1, season 2, and season 3a are all available now on Hulu, if you want to get caught up. Season 3b will stream on OWN. It's a great show with lots of characters who are people of color, and great legal issues discussed. Season 3a deteriorated into a bad soap but I hope the coming season 3b gets back to the legal focus.
  11. I never know how to comment here because a lot of the posters here like Tripp and I absolutely loathe him. As a human I find him between horrific and boring, but never likeable. He's just shoehorned into the storylines because Ron wants him there, but he's just awful. As a woman, I find him unattractive, unsexy and ... creepy. Some of this is a matter of personal taste/opinion but I just really dislike him. Also I think I have *valid* reasons to hate him because of some of his actions and the way he interacts with people. I want Wendy far away from him. Tripp seems manipulative and creepy. The more the show tries to say he's a nice guy, the more I disbelieve it. Ava is a horrible criminal and NOBODY should be helping her. I despise that Tripp is loyal to this monster because she's his biological mother. Terrible writing all around. @AbcNbc247 I loathe Tripp on Days the way you loathe Josslyn on GH. It's a hatred that will not die. LOL, too funny.

  13. Already posted upthread (thanks to @dragonflies ) The Bold and the Beautiful has cast Cruel Summer vet Lisa Yamada in the new, contract role of Luna, a college student in fashion design who arrives at Forrester Creations “surrounded by mystery” and harboring a secret. "her first airdate is currently scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 13." https://tvline.com/casting-news/the-bold-and-the-beautiful-cast-lisa-yamada-luna-1235036695/ . . . Yes, the Fall Preview in SOD said: "A new young woman with a secret arrives on the scene and becomes friends with R.J."
  14. Bradley Bell's son Oliver appeared as "Ginge" who delivered something to Brooke at her desk. She asked him if he was part of Forrester's youth program and he confirmed. He returns Sept. 14 in the same role - "Ginge". Per the mag, he's an intern at Forrester now.
  15. Writers Strike FAQ https://www.wgacontract2023.org/strike/strike-rules-faq Quoting the Writers Strike FAQ: My company wants me to give an interview on TV, on a podcast, on radio, or in print to promote a film or show I wrote on. Can I do that? "No. You should let the company know you are prohibited from making promotional appearances at their request until the strike concludes." End quote. Quoting the Writers Strike FAQ: Can I promote my project on social media? "You must refuse promoting a project at a struck company’s request. However, it is not a violation to talk about your projects on your own accord on your own social media." End quote. ___ In contrast, the *actors* strike rules allow the actors to promote the soaps however they want, because SAG-AFTRA is not striking against soaps. (Soaps are part of a actors union agreement reached last year.) ____________________________________ Editing to clarify: Guild writers on strike .. are allowed to comment on the show on their personal social media, as long as the show/corporation isn't asking them to do so. BUT ... I personally dislike Jamey complaining when viewers make comments. He's allowed to say whatever he wants on his twitter, but I dislike it when he defends poor decisions.
