Is it just me or has there been an improvement in the last week or so?

I enjoyed today’s episode, except for the Bonnie scenes lol. It was nice to see a little conflict between John and Marlena. For the most part, I don’t have a problem with Possession 2.0. My only complaint is that too much of Doug and Julie’s arc is happening offscreen. It’s probably an episode guarantee thing or an age thing but I’d actually like to see Doug in Bayview

Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad they didn't follow up on that either. Bill being Lucas' father was such an important of the Kate/Laura storyline. Hell, Kate didn't even become a hooker until after Lucas was born.

😂😂 Yep. They were trying to adjust to the format, but you can fast forward a lot of that episode and not miss a thing. Maybe there should've spent more time on Marianne's grief rather than breaking the $10😂 Luckily, it got better. The padding isn't as bad in the other full 90 minute episodes that are posted.

I'm not one of them, but I can't help but think that a lot of today's soap fans, particularly the ones on Twitter, would find Lemay's work boring. Corinne Jacker: AW's worst head writer. True. As much as I enjoy that episode, once John dies, it really does just becomes the same scene over and over again, just with a little tweaks here and there.

Glad the show isn't ignoring the chemistry between Dan's EJ and Nicole. This is a dynamic that the stale Ava/Rafe/Nicole triangle really needed.
