  1. I smiled the entire episode... gosh I love these girls and their old memories of AMC. I loved that Elizabeth wished she could have been the first kiss with Bianca, but TPTB wanted the side character Lena to be, just in case there was backlash. Thank God we've come a long way since then. But man she reminded me of that hot hot hot Babe/JR/Jamie threesome haha.
  2. I find it really interesting... like Y&R/B&B/BTG are NEVER in the top 10 on Paramount+... and DAYS is NEVER in the top 10 for Peacock... but GH is always in the top 10 for Hulu (this week just happened to have them be #1 every single day). Either Hulu doesn't have much interesting content whereas Peacock and Paramount+ does... or GH has an audience that loves to stream and is way more popular than the others for streaming... or I don't know, but there has to be something there to study haha. Hulu covers both ABC and FOX... makes me think AMC and OLTL could easily do well online if they could get the chance.
  3. OH - hahaha, my bad Disregard.
  4. I don't know if I'm correctly understanding the assignment because I skimmed - but more from AMC: Janet/Natalie and Ava/Lily? Didn't Eileen Davidson do like 4 characters at once on DAYS? Or were those impersonations? I can't remember.
  5. I'm finally watching last week's Real Housewives of Atlanta and Gizelle showed up and mentioned she was in town (Atlanta) filming for the soap opera Beyond the Gates! Loved the shoutout!

  7. I found this to be interesting and positive. From a ratings report (tvratingsguide.com) - GH did really well on Hulu this past week, being the #1 show every single day from June 9-13: It was a huge week on Hulu for ABC daytime soap General Hospital. While the series is typically a solid performer on Hulu even during the regular season, it really shines in the summer, when there's very little scripted competition. It spent five days at #1 this week, becoming the only scripted series to top the chart this week.
  8. Awww! Hahaha, I like Emily... aside from the Heather stuff, I really don't see how bad or boring she is. I'd take her over Gina any day.
  9. Ohhhh I haven't heard of the other one... now I'm intrigued She and Heather have a good season last year and discuss their relationship - it made more sense and I think you'll hopefully have a different opinion (but I do get what you mean).
  10. Ohh - in the trailer you can see Jeana, Tammy, Jo, Peggy, Lynne and Lizzie!!! I hope there are more too. You actually get a very very quick glimpse of Teddi too. I must be in the minority, but I really like Emily. I think she's relatable, smart and funny. She's kind of like the modern day Jeana amongst a sea of blondes (minus Heather of course).
  11. LOL. I mostly agree here. I thought McTavish came in strong and her Brent/Marian storyline was fantastic and compelling. It created such a strong umbrella story (which I thought McTavish was usually good at). I thought the Dinah/Roger pairing in the beginning was a good idea (went downhill in 1996). I don't remember exactly if McTavish came in and the idea of Reva in Amishland was her's or given to her, but tying Reva's return into Brent's storyline and her ultimate return with Alex announcing her return at Josh/Annie's wedding was fantastic. Ghost Reva just before in April 1995 was so odd and I still want to understand better how that worked behind the scenes. Did Kim Zimmer just fall back in love with being on GL that she said ok, I'll return full-time... or what? As others said, once Brent/Marian ended (which I know she wanted the actor to come back so she could rehabilitate him, but the actor chose not to)... but once that ended, she ran out of steam and 70% of 1996 was just awful. Lonatrat, Gilly/Vivian/Griffin fiasco - brutal - and Save 5th Street was just boring. A-Spaulding and Phillip's return was a dud, but I did enjoy Amanda. But yeah, I don't think McTavish's GL was wackier/over the top than what we got later with the clone and a few other stories.
  12. Aside from the Willow/Tracy sparring, today was a dull Friday... especially when you compare it to what Beyond the Gates was giving! I really can't believe Chase has the audacity to arrest Tracy like that - give me a break! The ADA lady needs to dial it back with this entrapment stuff - how ridiculous. I guess this was Mansi's final episode...
  13. 100% agree here on both points. I was very impressed all the way around. They really exceeded my expectations and I love it. At minimum, they've locked in Best Directing next year. I hope this momentum continues and the aftermath spins good stories.
  14. Next week's previews look good! You can tell she's very conflicted. I can't wait to see if she makes the decision to donate. I think she should. Leslie will demand it haha.
  15. Colby is killing it today too. Her emotions feel so real and I can tell she's scared for Eva. Her reunion with Nicole really made me tear up.
