Oh my god I can't wait to see this!! I want to see what leads up to it, if he is threatening her or Luke or lulu or something. If she is scared of him or just sick of what's going on and being forced to stay with him... SO EXCITED!! And it's comin up fast. while i will agree that they were some definately silly scenes i don't actually mind it today. It was build up to why luke did what he did for her birthday and why it was such a special thing to do for her. It's not part of her story that is mentioned otherwise so it would be a little like "why is he buying a 60something year old woman a pony?". So i do give them a pass on this set of silly scenes. Especially since they had luke doing some genuinely lovely stuff for TQ. He took something that meant a ton to tracy and turned it into a gift that wasn't a jokey luke kind of gift. Though she thought it was to start. Plus all the teary Tracy looks made it worth it. I told you- they're bringing this boat around. Took them a while but it's coming back. I CANNOT wait for this while Luke/Tracy/Heather thing to kick off, which looks like it will be VERY soon!!

don't jinx it!! i LOVE nora, maybe shye'll come at some point. i'll even take her short term- i know she's on something else now but i can hope happy easter and passover to everyone!!!!!

I think I will lighten up a little on my reaming out the writers in my head. Apparently it's just like captaining a ship with the new people. The. Left te harbor and it just took some time for them to circle around to the story. Seems like they'll give it to us. As much as I will always save the lunacy flag I am a very happy girl if they give her any story... Especially when the story involves Luke even if not romantically

oops- hooked i think the clip i was looking for of tracy trying to seduce paul was actually after their engagement party. not entirely sure. thought you may still have it. i know deb used to have all the old clips. i'm finding it on youtube but I only see the clips around that right now b/c it's centered on the cartel. I also did find a few more I would like if it isn't a problem. I'll send you the dates when I get them together. I'll keep it all on facebook for you after this one of them is 6-1-05

you're a susperstar!!! thanks so much sorry- I kind of had tehse in here in a way you couldn't really notice them. this is what happens when you don't list or have dates. I don't know that you actually have these but if anyone did it would be you. I think these are that last clips I'm looking for. Can't promise anything. I lost everything, like Ms Q, when I changed over my computer. THIS is the beauty of an external harddrive where they will stay safely once I have burned my dvds. if you have them great and thanks so much again!!! if not no worries

The second is when she kept trying to seduce him when they were at the gatehouse. he turned her down with the (saving for wedding night) garbage. I think it was after a concert- i don't know if that is part of the clips. now for today since no one has commented yet--- I am SORELY disappointed!!!!! they had potential for so much. I know I am one of the few left that's REALLY holding out hope on these two. I wave the lunacy flag proudly, I own that and I will continue to do so but this kind of thing is just plain rediculous. It's a slap in the face to the actors and the fans, I tell you. I actually tried to give the writers the benifit of the doubt, maybe it was the way they played it I said to myself... Not so. The writing can't possibly be this bad when there was so much they can do with it, they have to try to waste this much potential.... they did! I will never actually believe that it was bad acting on the part of TG let alone JE- NEVER, but I did say maybe they had them playing for a little more of a laugh b/c that seems to be all they have them together for lately, not much and what there is is just the comic relief. It used to be comic relief but it had substance- that is what the writers are missing on these 2 right now. ack to my point- I tried to think of any possible way that they could have played it differently to have a more touching/ real Lunacy classic moment but nothing I could think of would actually successfully lead into the scenes they wrote after it. The closest we got, in my opinion, to anything where you maybe could see the truth was, of course, on the part of Tracy with the subtle hurt looks JE gave and that little but when Luke said she should be trying to bail out her hubby rather than cozying up to Luke. The reaction to that was pretty good. The saving grace was that Anna knows he is trying to get under tracy's skin, I only hope they don't turn it into an anna and luke fall in love while sceming type thing. I HATED how when she asked if he was doing this to hurt tracy he said No, I LOVE Tracy! but he said it with a laugh like he is talking about an old college buddy. Not nice Lucas!!! winning line of the day: when luke said the name of jake's is now the floating rib (which I am PSYCHED they are bringing back, btw!!!!) tracy's reaction was "Coleman went retro?" that's all I've got for today ladies and gents... here's hoping they have a really great scene (by scene I mean scene that lasts a good couple of days but it's in hour in tv world) after all is said and done, I can deal with some build up and messing with each other's heads... where he just says enough with this crap and goes above and beyond in a luke kind of way to get her back. I know he has done that quite a lot but to honest I have never seen him do it when it wasn't to make up for something or after some kind of blow up. there is usually some fight that breaks them up "for good" but it;s still heated between them when he has his big I love you moment. I would like just out of nowhere, not tryng to make up for any stupidity ot leaving her and the kids or prove anything other than that he still loves her, for him to have one of those moments. Big plans but, and I am going to be very specific with this part, I don't want him calling in favors from people like skye!!!!! I know she's not on but don't ask for help getting the wife back from someone the wife hates!!! I want old school luke, break out his jazz club days and just have dinner and dancing and all that but just them and no interuptions. they have had a few mini things like that but someone always comes on the haunted star- usually cops and break them up.. for a ship that's always closed everyone seems to get on just fine. it's a damn boat!! gt out of the dock!

i skipped ahead till tomorrow episode info on my tv and the first thing it said... "luke causes tracy to be jealous". there was nothing today like there should have been but anna and luke weren't on either so they just skipped a day. i'm ok with that asd long as they didn't just cut it.

thanks Ms Q- just had to rant a bit. it used to be histerical when my kids would comment on it b/c they always thought it was some kind of food- pepper/ pickle, whatever. I had a customer at work today ask me why I am wearing a pepper! and it happens all the time... and I live right next door to the most italian town in the most italian state in the country so it's a little strange to me. I think what makes it odd is that an adult has the stones to come to me and ask me why I am wearing a particular thing. Unless I am wearing underwear or a spiked dog collar to work what business is it of theirs why I would wear something? Not really that big a deal in the long run but I get asked it so much and then I get asked to explain what it means. I usually give up b/c they want the whole story so I just say it's a good luck charm or it was my great grandmother's and they stop asking. Too long a tale for work. One time I actually got a history lesson on it from a women who went to a polish church btw so her lesson was pretty far off base, but she gave me a whole lecture about it's history, what it means and where it came from. Then she turned around and goes "but I guess you already knoe this since you have one" I wanted to call her out on how many ways I know she was wrong. WHY do people care. I want to start walking into where people work and asking them why they are weraing pants that day or why the have orange on. The only time this crap is acceptable or I'll even say it's cute is when my daycare kids used to think it was a pepper. One even thought it was a pickle for some reason but they were 3 and 4 when I was there- so again, cute! still not that important and I don't know why it irritates me so much but it did i think I'm done with non GH business now

i was watching clips today from a while back and I was looking to see if anyone has the clips from 7-14-04. it's the day lila died and justus told tracy. I don't have that one and I haven't seen it in forever. I can't find it on youtube anyway so i thought i'd take a chance with you guys thanks so much! i haven't seen her yet and I've been looking for it. I am glad that they had the last or almost last scene today. it means it's definately a lead in to monday

i don't like the idea that they may be pairing luke with anna unless it's a friendship/hijinx kind of situation. i wass watching them over the last few days and I don't think they have any kind of romantic chemistry at all or even any potential for it. I love the idea of them as friends and getting into little adventures and maybe bring back some of that old spark from GH past.... this is also NOT said just because I want luke and tracy back at all costs- though it's still true. I can't WAIT till they start putting them back into scenes together. I will grant the new guy a pass as he needs to build the stories and get his own thing going, but he can't try and say there is no way to do the stuff we'd all like. it'd be very easy to get them into a great story- which I think they need especially since it was such a weak ending for their marriage. they didn't grow apart or hate each other or anything that would warrent an end. he has said all along he would never leave unless she decided it. she threatened it quite a bit but when it came down to it she didn't ask for this divorce nor did she want it when he asked. they are still crazy in love so I think they need a real story. as for the quartermaines- like was said above, they killed off all the classic characters- but they have plenty to pick from to bring them back AND they have enough that haven't reallt been on the canvas so it's like a blank slate so they can really bring back the old Q stylings.... and god knows jason can always come around to his old Q ways as well-- REALLY shake up the story can't wait till friday- just itching for a tracy scene

I LOVED that scene. it's a great one. When there are scenes that I can't figure out if it is so good JUST because of the acting or if I actually loved the writing too than it was a great scene and I wonder why the writers can't do that all the time if they can do it at all.

I'll try to go in order for these.... while I ordinarily HATE the heatmiser do, she can rock it in that pick. somehow it always look sbetter in her pics from the mags that on the show, it's like they do it on purpose on GH, I odn't know what she did to them. I think she looks great anyway but it is definately one of my least faves i didn't think they were but I was hoping maybe they rearanged some stuff and put them in. I know, CRAZINESS, right?! I wonder if that is why too, hooked now as for this rediculous new opening sequence- the only time i will not be annoyed with this is if somehow someone there got clever enough to piece together an opening sequence that shows which characters ar on the particular day... not likely though. I know it's been said that it looks llike they MAY be going off at some point I am confused as to why they would bring over the OLTL characters if they know that's going to happen. It's one thing if they didn't know they'll be going off or if they brought them on to go out with a bang or something, but they brought them on with 3 year contracts.... and yet they are dwindling down on the characters that have been there for years- to the point that they don't even get opening credits?! dumbies!!!

that sounds like they are, in fact, at the funeral.sounds good to me! I did like the bit with tracy and edward the other day. question... did they change the opening sequence again? It may have just been something going on in my area that messed with the recording so I wanted to check. what I saw when I watched it at night was a very shortened version (without tracy) and a strange song. it was very sinthesizor-centric and not at all like the classic tune. just thought I'd ask

it's ok- REALLY (and yes, this is wishful thinking) you can honor a history and still have a completely different present. I posted I scene a few pages ago when Tracy tells Luke basically that she's had a thing for him for years... but she also explained why she didn't get the whoel luke and laura thing. Frankly, I agree. As a story and if it were REAL life it would be completely bonkers and no one would buy it let alone encourage that situation... but as REEl life it worked just because of the chemestry and how the story played out. ALL of this went into what all the characters have become, which Luke has said over and over is someone who is in love with tracy and would not leave her for anything, not even Laura (shock and horror to all the LnL fans, I know). They became the people who they are now b/ of their history, just like people in reality. So I am still holding out hope that this is what they'll go with. I trust that RC can honor their history and still realize they are a totally different story in and of themselves. I think honoring the history should really consist less of actually bringing back all the old stories than it should just keeping true to the stories and NOT rewriting it into something completely unrecognizable.

so far (it's a big SO FAR) i don't have any problems with any of that... the only thing I find a little perplexing is the fact that they keep mentioning that TG and JE haven't taped together since the holidays. IS that supposed to be pointing out that their story is done? God I hope not, it seems to me that if the story is done there would be no point what so ever in having them point out over and over again that Tracy is still in love with Luke. She and Lulu talk about it, others point it out to her, Sonny even hints at it. can't imagine that that would be useful if their wasn't a pint to it, especially since things involving her get cut left and right so there is no reason they couldn't cut the one line that is peppered in all over the place if they don't want it there. I'm holding out hope and no one can change my mind. this, the stork and santa claus... three stories I choose never to let go of!!

i'm with you sa far on the TQ/AZ thing. i think the res will come when luke gets back on screen, which should be coming snce they showed him friday. But some of my biggest issue with this story isn't the whole fact of the story at all, it's that they are kind of echoing the LnT marriage to begin with. I don't rememebr if I said it earlier and I don't want to bother going back to check. So far it is a marriage that she is tricked/ forced into, she is being blackmailed or somehow kept in the marriage against her will or at least against her wishes... and they are starting to do that whole crap they did with Luke (which I loved then but not so much with AZ) where she is having empathy for his situationa dn they are starting to get along, whether she actually likes him or not is another story, but they can't echo the last marriage she was in, especially right after she was in it. It's not even like they are reserecting an older story, it just ended within the year and its the same freakin thing!!! now that I type it I think I did say it, or at least start to. oh well- it can stand to be said twice. I'm off to watch her on Knots Landing instead- ps for anyone who hasn't seen it or doesn't remember her on it.... hot momma! she stole gary ewing from Val, at least for a time LOVE IT. I know my mom watched it when I was little and I feel like I've seen it while I'm watching it again, but definately getting into it more now that I actaully know what's going on and am not 4 years old (I guess that part helps especially)

if what I heard is right she is. I don't remember where I heard it but i read something where she said she was working like crazy to make a story that did the show and the character and the history justice and then they scrapped it when the new team came on. I was liking how this may play out more in the first day or 2 waiting to see how they brought it all together btu I am not happy with that story or how they did it. I do think anna and patrick were very good but i don't like how it was done at all. and someone please tell me she's wrong- but my mom heard a rumor somewhere that GH may be going off soon. say it isn't so!!! on the other hand if these dumbies keep screwing up what the say they are going to fix I won't be surprised. how is there not one person working in the industry that can figure out what the fans like or how to fix the show but the fans can rattle off 100 ways without even thinking about it
