see, I don't think she was being condiscending till she got to the "that was very generous of you" part. Before that I think shew as actually thanking her for being good to Lulu while she couldn't be and she knows it must have been excrutiating to her husband marry a woman who (at that point) she still believed would always beat her in his heart. I think that was all genuine... maybe I'm wrong or just optimistic, but that's what I thought. She SOOO had "Tracy" coming when she did the whole generous bit. That was complete and total bullsh-t and Tracy laid it all out on the table. She's not going to take anything from Laura and she's gonna fight like hell.... and can I say for everyone (feel free to disagree if you must)... Thank God!!! It's about time we got her back

To be completely fair, he didn't do either in front of the other one. He wouldn't have been kissing Laura if Tracy was there and he didn't kiss and hug Tracy with Laura watching. To be honest, as much as I wanted him to go right over and not think twice about kissing Tracy, I think it was the most fair he had been to either of them. Ok, I'm off work for two days now so I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow and watching the show when it's actually on! Woohoo!

I have to agree. I loved it, I have to say, but I did see it going either way. I know it will go in our favor and like everyone else here I believe he will choose her, but not neccessarily the way we want it to, more like th eway that has been said here. It will be a decision without making a decision type of thing if you get what I mean... I'm sure ya do . I do think that Laura seemed more like she excepted the end than Luke did. He seemed heartbroken or at least sad everytime he talked about Tracy or his life without Laura. She seemed upset when he asked her if she really meant it when she said she could live with it being over. He seemed like he was socked she would even suggest that. I know it's unpopular here, but that's what I though. On the plus-side, it makes it a little more hearbreaking (for him) when Tracy throws him out b/c he won't know what's coming (she will be heartbreaking for us no matter what so I didn't hink it'll factor into that at all) and it'll be that much better when he tries to win her back b/c the audience is not "sure", even though we are, if he is going to go one way or the other. I know the writers usually fail miserably t most things they try, but I am going to applaud the attempt at making this a little gutrenching and suspenseful for the audience and I will hold out hope. I also, however, have to agree with Remos on it. I know, I'm a bit torn. I do think it was meant to go either way, but I think all the reasons that it should be obvious it is over are there, like she listed. I Don't think it was in Lukes telling or in how TG played it, really I thnk he played it that way so we know it's going our way, but I think it is in the writing. It ensures that they don't alienate any of their fanbases and buys them the time to write Laura into a story with someone else and gets the audience use to her being with someone else and staying on screen. If they can successfully break them up and keep them both on I think we are golden. I said it in a different post- most "great" tv couples are broken up at some point but their fans don't go apesh-t over it (or they do but it doesn't last for 30 years) b/c they are kept on screen and a story is built around it and the fans don't lose anything. Luke reunites with Laura for 2 weeks at a time and then sthey ship her off or she is back to a vegetative state again and the audience is just left hanging. I am starting to think the LnL fans are just L fans and they have juts never had anything else since the LnL story so they are blurring the line a bit.

Here is what I think about that.... (first of all).. just kidding, but I am taking it a different way. I think (and I could be either incredibly optimistic or just crazy hopeful) that Luke's wanting to go to France has nothing to do with who he is choosing. I think it doesn't even to occur to him that the women think that is him making his choice, I think he just wnts to go with her o help her and take care of her like he would with his kids or someone else he cares about (maybe a good father would, don't know that is his first move though, but you know what I mean). I think he will ultimately choose Tracy and it'll be the story previeously stated in my posts... that she, of course, misunderstood what she heard b/c she only got bits of it and, out of context, she wouldn't have any idea that he was giving Lulu the I will always love your mother and have a place for her speech. That's what I think. Let me tell you-- I SOOOO loved today's scenes. Not a whole lot of them, I think only 3, but they were worth it. To me, at least. Lulu styed with Tracy out of concern and, for any who didn't watch yet, when Tracy asked why the sudden concern, her response was "well if you've been paying attention it's not sudden, You are family." I thought Lulu dsounded kinda weird when she said that. She had a goofy, I'm playing you kind of grin and she glanced at her brothers. I couldn't decide if she was being sincere and just felt uncomfortable saying that to her or if she was scamming her, but from the follow up I think it was the first. So cute today and if it is any kind of precurser to what we are going to get emotionally, we're gettinmg something great. Tracy took one line (I'll tell you when I figure it out) which could have nothing and just with the look made it so sad. I'm sure no one is surprised, but there it is!!

Let me say that my FAVORITE part of this clip is that Laura sounds all winey (maybe that's what was thought to sound fake, but I prefer that it's just the way she said it) like she already knows she lost!!!!!

Well now, that's juts rediculous! How could the angel inevitably come back from the brink of... whatever, if she was eaten by coyotes?! Her fans wuold have a field day with that one!! I have to say, as much as I really don't want this story to happen for Tracy, for us I think it'll be great (To a certain extent I mean). I think it will make for some fabulous scenes for JE (it could, I mean it will b/c of what she brings to it, but not neccessarily from the writing, even though that have gold right at their fingertips). It COULD be fantastic, hers scenes when she finds out what Luke says to Lulu, or how she ends their marriage. God, I hope they don't make that into a fight or some kind of funny scene. I want heartbreak, damnit! I want her to just end it, shows she's really hurt and it's over. Give him the papers and send him packing. He was so hurt when she left him on the escapade... whatever, bring it on. There is just SOOOO much potential here, how do they not get that. PS. pre-boycott, I think I am writing a letter to BF expressing my pissy mood at what he is doing to the greatest couple currently on daytime. I haven't sent anything in a while, but I'll ALL about this one. I will, fo course, have to balance it out with a good letter to JE, but first and foremost is this one. I am fed up with his protecting the LnL fans by trampling all over Tracy. I wouldn't have a problem with Laura staying if she stayed with Scotty or got with someone else. All the classic couples that break up... the fans get over it if they stick around b/c they develope the story and they will match them with other people. They may still like their couple but they accept the others they are with. This is the only couple that people are so violently oppsed to ending b/c every time they get back together, they are broken up b/c GF leaves after a few weeks and they don't get what they wanted out of it. Keep her around, stop making Scotty a schmuck and get them together. That way she will get over it when Luke drops her on her arse and she sees how in love with Tracy he is. I don't like this shiznit about he loves them both but he sees a future with Tracy. That's a nice way of saying she is the practical choice and that he knows it won't work with Laura (especially now that she knows he lied to her for so long) and he has no other choice. That being said, I also agree with with remos that I am thinking maybe she got the message a little backwards with her eavesdropping. I am hoping it's going to be something along the lines of he will always love Laura (like he will have a place in his heart for her and will always care about her, she's your mother and was a huge part of my life, yata yata yata) but he is IN love with Tracy and has a future with her (like can't, at all, see his life without her in it) but Tracy has taken it all wrong b/c she is, opf course, incredibly insecure about the men in her life and generally with good reason. I am, however, glad she will be kicking him out b/c he can see exactly what he's done to her. She has shown him before but I think the audience has seen more of te hurt than he has, except on occation. He has usually seen her after the fact when it has hit the point of anger (except that November which was fabulous!), now he will she it all unfolding and he should. Plus we'll get to see her play that all out.

I have another response to this one. A)... me too. ... I guess it's more A) sub-paragraph 1) or something, but I want her to offer the divorce when he is coming in to tell her he has chosen her already. We get the best of both worlds. He can "go" with Laura to bring her to the plane and then is out and on the way to the Q's to get his woman back. I am sick, sick I tell you, of this sloppy seconds Bullsh-t! I am fine with Laura staying around if she stays with Scotty (which I have to say, seems to be the way they are building it b/c Lulu and Nik are accepting that as a possibilty). But if tracy has to do the whole "oh goody, you mean I can have you?!" thing I'm gonna be beyond mad. I told you already, I'm staging a sit in on the front steps of the studio, who's with me. I'm still waiting for names... otherwise I guess I'll just make some up. I don't think they actually have to verify the info on a petition, huh?

But why would they do that when we all know that as long as GF is on the screen the sun rises and falls according to when she wants it to! I have to say, as much as I likes that Lulu stood up for Tracy, I am kinda pissed that Lucky was the one to attack her. As sick of Lulu doing it as I am I can understand it. Tracy is taking the place of her mother, who she believed was her father's true love and also was a woman she's been without for most of her life. Lucky was just being a putz! Freakin' jerk two year old!!! I didn't get his attitude at all or where it was coming from. Frankly,. I didn't even get it the other day with Scotty. I mean, i do, but not from him, he's always the rational "anti-spencer" spencer. Anyway, just heard a song again. WOAH!!! Hold the phone, Stace!!! I just went to youtube and I saw Don't Wanna for Scott and Tracy! I love the song (you know that b/c I suggested it for how long?) but I never expected it for them! Let alone after this long, when did you do that one? Did I finally get someone to fall in love with Cheryl Wheeler music or did I just get you on that song?

Ok, I do understand the whole "grain of salt" mentality but if any of that bologna about luke kissing Laura and he stays there and Tracy basically wimpers and shrinks out the backdoor--I know she says he belongs to her but that's not a hell of a lot of fight for someone like Tracy, especially who just made a big stink about not giving up easily-- I am going to be one peeved viewer. I mean peeved after I shrink out the backdoor, also, and crying a bit over the demise of my fave couple. Writers- in the fact that you are willing to destroy Tracy, making it quite well known that she has never actually been LOVED and especially in this capasity, where it is more that just some kind of business deal or where she is somehow benifited whether there is love or not... that you will make her bow out to preserve the LnL fans' feelings about the couple that has not exsited for a good how many years? and she will come back into luke's life, yet again, as sloppy seconds.... I think I'll hate you most of all. I figure as long as I changed it around a bit I'm not actually stealing from Wizard of Oz, right? Oh well. That's the newest GH tidbit that is tap dancing all over my VERY last nerve. I loved the last scenes yesterday. How do they have the nerve to have her say that, tease us with this Tracy we know and love and then have her "fight" be the equivalant of "um, just so you know, he's mine now. But it's ok if I give him back" What are they, 5? Well, no because five year olds are smarter than that. But, I mean, comeo on!! They have her say that, leave thinking she's beaten but she gets him back because Laura leaves for France?! What the hell, is that supposed to be like she won!? I don't know what kind of sport those writers played but it's a little like throwing the game (psst... that's breaking the rules!) In case they wanted to break her down just a little bit more, they made her a woman that everyone she knows, including family hates, her marriages have all been shams and they use her even though she generally falls in love with them. This one she fells hard, like off a skyscraper, and so did he. She always thinks that she is second best to him, but it was never really an issue (well, except the last time) it was just whether or not to trust him. Now, how can she?! He pledges him love to her and says she's second to none, tries over and over again to convince her that she is theo ne he loves and all he'll ever want again.... and down floats the angel, complete with the glowing aura (a little duller now, cuz, ya know, she's boring as hell) and he gets distracted and out she goes!!!! Come on. I mean, Come the hell ON!!!!! If this is even remotely close to what happens. I'm getting on a plane (with my newly aquired vaca b/c my flight to India was postponed till next year so I can take a trip whenever I want now) going to the home of (family name)WEST... yes, they have a title out the, kinda dorking but it is what it is anfd i love 'em for it... stayin a day or two to carb up and get all my energy, then I'm marching right down, hell I'll do it on foot if I have to, and staging a sit in right atthe entrance of the damned studio. I swear I will! Who's with me????!! I guess It wouldn't be so bad either, if we got to see Jane... then again, I guess I'd have to be licky enough that my protest landed on the one day a year she actually works. well HOT DAMN!!! I loved today!!! I don't really know how I felt about the first couple of scenes. They were funny but nothing compaired to the last two. I am so psyched that "Tracy" is back. Like the Tracy that isn't going to take any crap from anyone. Did you all hear that?! I guess it answered our question (or at mine) as to whether she was just to lie down and take it from Laura or if she was going to fight for Luke. It's ON!!!!! I gotcha on this. I'm as ready for a rumble as any... but I have to say, this might be great to watch. I want to see what Tracy will have to say to all this. And as far as her going hi-tech and having kids my age helping the along... let me just say, clearly my parents kids are that age too and niether one could do a thing on the computer. To use the mouse, when we told my mother to point and clip- it's that simple, she literally picked it up, pointed it at the screen and clicked the button mid air. On the first bit... damned right!! You can't duplicate perfection and it's sad to even try. Whoever said imitation was the sincerest form of flattery is A) REALLY flattering JE and completely full of sh-t. Now my main point... I know I only come out of hiding once a month pretty much, but I thought I'd share my wish for the last thing... the ultimatum. I personally would LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE it to be Laura that asks for the choice. I would like Tracy to be one of two things, either listening outside in the hallway and just leaves b/c she doesn't want to hear anymore, thus leaving it open for luke to choose without having any input. OR I want her to be in the room but this is how I want that to play out. I want her to walk in at the end of a LnL talk going over everything that has happened. I know she is not mad at him for it according to what was said but people react differently when they hear about somethng than when they are actually talking to the person who has hurt /betrayed/ or done anything else to you. I would like Tracy to walk in toward the end of that as Luke is telling her how he feels about Tracy (not so much saying anything about how he feels or doesn't feel about Laura) and I'd like Laura to pull a (simply and not so elequantly put) "fine... it's her or me". Tracy will do the whole tear thing she does and she did when she first saw Laura wwas awake last time before she walks out of the door, not wanting to hear anymore... yet again. Luke will take a day or two, not because his decision is unclear, but b/c he wants to be able to explain it to Laura without hurting her or damaging her recovery (God forbid!). He will come and find Tracy as the Q's, or whereever she might be. No, sratch that. I want her to come home from work... (I know, I know, when do they ever have a Q actually doing anything work related unles it's involving blackmail). He will have the living room probably all ready for her with flowers (lies one this time) and candles and the whole shebang b/c it's about damned time someone does that for her and means it. He can tell her what he's decided and we will have our "incredibly vulnerable" Tracy that we know and love and were led to expect, we have it either then, when she walks in on the LnL conversation and leave, or sometime in between. That's my story... now someone write and send it in to GH staff... quick (cuz we need to get someone to rewrite and get that all taped so it can air in the next week or so... better hustle!!

Ok, so I know I don't get to come around much anymore, but I think this was well worth coming out of hiding. Bloody Hell, this is the best thing I've heard in the longest GH history... it's Fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok guys... here are the newest. Not the best b/c they are neither painting nor "real" drawings, they're oil pastel drawings so it's a little looser in the realism, but oh well. One is a prtrait but I couldn't remember if I put it up before.
