Thanks for that analysis of AW's earliest years. I would have loved to see Carol Roux as Missy. As it is, the only thing I've actually ever seen her in was an episode of Bonanza.

Assante and White weren't on the show long before it was canceled, right? Strange casting for Dr. Mike Powers was par for the course on TD. Peter Burnell, who had played the part for five years, left in September 1973. He was blond, skinny and stood no taller than about 5'7". The character had been off the canvas for about a year and was subjected to a hackneyed reconstructive surgery storyline. That's why you had Michael Landrum come in, who certainly had a different face but no one could explain how Mike had gained about 5 inches in height! 😂

I'm watching the MSNBC coverage on the recall with Steve Kornacki of course at the big board. He is just like The Count. He just loves all the numbers, percentages, odds, etc. I enjoy watching him.

All I know is at the time of this photo shoot, Ms. Brown was 20 and a student at Kean University in NJ. I'm trying to track down the short article from People that appeared with one of those photos in 1994.
