Yes. I found a couple of screen caps with her circa 1980:

She originated the role, as a child. Blake was still going by the first name of Christina.

I remember when the People 20th anniversary issue dropped in early 1994. They did a photo shoot with the three adult Blakes: Elizabeth Dennehy, Sherry Stringfield and Elizabeth Keifer - and Cheryl Lynn Brown, who played the role as a child.
