BOTH of them were playing mind games with each other; that was evident. Luis could have stopped the game when he discovered that she was cheating, but he was having too much fun and wanted to see her in her underwear. He's not a saint.

Also, do you notice that the jail appeared to be empty. Didn't Luis tell Fancy that she had to attend the baseball game with him because there were no free single jail cells? I saw two free single ones.

It's obvious that Luis sees through her 'no lawyer' thing and that she was stalling at the baseball game when she told him and Ethan that she was in no rush to call a lawyer. Based on the end-of-the-show preview for Wed's ep it seems like he has the ability to release her without a lawyer (she was standing outside by herself, and there's no lawyer inside the station); therefore, I believe that he *wanted* Fancy hanging around him all day. BOTH of them were looking for excuses to be together. Seriously, they were like conjoined twins while in Rome and got used to never being apart for more than a few mins.

To summarise, Luis' interest in Fancy was not noticeable to most of the audience until these last few episodes; the writers were playing up Fancy's interest, which made it seem like it would be unrequited. It's obvious that Luis subconsciously was fighting it but finally decided to act upon his feelings. BOTH of them were 'manipulating' the arrest situation - definitely not only Fancy.

Notice that it was *Luis* who kissed Fancy first and was doing the heavy flirting and leering in yesterday's episode.

So, both of them are 'sluts.'

Well that's the thing with budget cuts in today's daytime climate. Alistair really COULD be dead this time. Soaps are perhaps more suspenseful than ever for this reason. Now, when a character dies, budget cuts could mean they are REALLY dead, not coming back.

Now, I'll give you that it's weird that he doesn't know Theresa. But maybe he doesn't watch "ET," read US Weekly or engage in other entertainment gossip activities that would cover 'Theresa Crane.' It could happen.

Both Luis and Fancy wanted it so no one is a slut and Fancy is not being insensitive. Luis is still mourning Marty but who is to say he doesn't need comfort, in more ways then one, from her. He lost Sheridan so he needs someone and here he is with a beautiful woman who has been there for him . He is finally having a little fun and enjoying himself. I don't remember Luis ever having as much fun as he is now, at least not in the last few years. Men don't usually mope around depressed after they lose someone, They usually find some way to deal with their pain. In Luis's case, he chose work and Fancy is also providing him with someone to count on and someone who is there for him. Passions took their time with this. I mean it has been going on since May and just now the romantic aspect is coming in to play. It's not like Luis and Fancy are being forced. There was some development there. I also think Luis saw through Fancy's game and probably played a little mind game himself.
