I liked Zach and Dixie's talk today. I like them as friends only though. Tad seeing them kiss was very contrived after Dixie saw him having sex with Krystal yesterday. I think this was mainly about Tad and Dixie and their relationship though and of course the Krystal sex is all about testing her marriage with Adam (which I actually like so I hope they pass this test).

The most Babe could do is propose a board vote. And since she is on the outs with Simone and Kendall, she has worthless voting power - Kendall has the most power, followed by Simone. There is no way Babe could force them to do anything. I guess McTavish expects me to believe Babe has so much power at Fusion. Of course, a few weeks ago, Babe was powerless because Kendall and Simone hate her and Kendall got Bianca and Ryan's proxy voting power. She couldn't even stop ConFusion from opening because of her lack of power.

When Greenlee turned over her shares to Babe, Babe became exactly what Greenlee was in Fusion. Up until Ethan signed over his shares to Simone, she was nothing but an employee just like Danni.

You can turn over shares, not company positions. Greenlee did not have the majority of the voting stock alone, therefore she could not decide to hire Babe as whatever Greenlee's former position was. Simone was a pretty high level employee before she got her stock from Ethan. I would not equate her to Dani. And Simone doesn't allow non-employees/shareholders see what should be confidential corporate works because she doesn't need her boyfriend/husband/etc. to do the work she was hired to do. Unlike Babe, who just lets JR in business he has no place in rather than admit her imcompetence.
