I said in the monthly thread that I will do it. Well here I am. I have decided to sort characters according to how the scriptwriters should actually write everybody them. It would be more character development and more actual conflict.

Lawful Good: Vernon. Anita. Jacob. Naomi. Donnell. Nicole. Tyrell. Derek (R.I.P.). Mona. Madison. Peaches.

Neutral Good: Darlene. Kat. Jan. Monica. Laura. Smitty. Kial. Pamela. Tracy. Regina (June’s sister. Remember?)

Chaotic Good: Deanna. Ashley. Grayson. Shanice. June.

Lawful Neutral: Martin. Elon. Ted. Andre. Luke (when he finally shows up). Shonda (Martina’s even coordinator).

True Neutral: Vanessa. Samantha. Eva. Lia. Tomas. Randy. Carlton. Caroline. Jessica. Chessie.

Chaotic Neutral: Dani. Chelsea. Iziah. Sharon. Bill.

Lawful Evil: Joey. Anastasia.

Neutral Evil: Heather. Hayley.

Chaotic Evil: Leslie. Lynette. Nathan.

  • The character has done horrible things, yes. But she's done nothing that any other soap character hasn't also done. Is every soap character evil in that case? I mean, Marlena on Days of our Lives kill

I wouldn't necessarily call Leslie evil, though she did attempt to kill when she wanted Eva to land a job. That's a typical soap character response, so I don't consider that outright evil like I would in the real world.

This is one of the strangest opinions I've seen so far about Leslie. That woman is definitely a villain. And you're also forgetting the second time Leslie tried to kill Laura.

Leslie is stuck in chaotic evil and should stay there for at least the next four years in my opinion.

The character has done horrible things, yes. But she's done nothing that any other soap character hasn't also done. Is every soap character evil in that case? I mean, Marlena on Days of our Lives killed half the town, though it was later proven not to have happened, but she's an angel in the eyes of Salem and many of the show's fans.

I'm not saying Leslie is a good character, in terms of good intentions or actions. But she's not "evil," IMO, in the true sense of the word in the world of soaps.

Joey yes.

Anastasia I wouldn't classify her as lawfully evil. I would simply say she's an elitist b**** and nothing more.

I love when she is on screen, though.

Okay and elitist b_____ usually tend to be lawful evil. It's hard to describe it but I've seen this multiple times in movies and tv shows. They always come across as lawful evil to me.

I might be able to imagine Anastasia as neutral evil. I highly doubt she would be chaotic evil. Chaotic evil and chaotic good don't care about family reputations or the optics of certain things. Anastasia's bloodline obsession means she wants to keep things tidy.
