the making of the Bikini Bar

Happy that Hope is going to Logan with Deke, as it should have been at Forrester had Ridge's son not popped in and taken his place, only to leave. Ridge and his spawns are insufferable and entitled and need to be knocked down several pegs. R.J. is an entitled brat, and Will is right: R.J. instigated both incidences, and he is getting away with it.

God. Crew Morrow is truly a carbon copy of his father. And he's just as talented as him. Wow. I hope he does ditch at the end of his contract, though, because he can do better than this drivel soap.

As someone who loves the soap genre, I want good actors on soaps, and I want them to stay. Saying they should leave denigrates the entire entertainment form. If an established actor said that in an interview, they'd be crucified.

Loved Will reading RJ for the absolute 'Ridge Jr.' that he is.

CM spit those lines like he meant it. Now, I'm intrigued how Will and $B will butt heads.

What's interesting is that neither Aunt Brooke nor sister-in-law Steffy acted like Will is their family!

In typical Forrester/Marone fashion, Steffy looks down on the Spencers - yet she's opened her heart to 3 of them! Will better be on guard.

I saw the posts at the end of the May thread about the Bikini bar, so I watched the May 25 and May 26 episodes yesterday.
Surprised to see al the extras!

Interesting how they just skipped weeks of boring build-up !!!
The show just dove in with a few conversations at Bikini -- establishing that Deacon had bought the Bikini Bar; this was the grand opening; Deacon and Taylor are relationship-public, Taylor supported this new business venture for Deacon; ~~ AND ~~ Sheila moved out, and there are divorce proceedings, and this all already took place off-screen. LOL at Finn absorbing all this information as he (and the viewers) learned it.

I mean, viewers wondered why the show never showed what happened after Sheila learned of the Taylor/Deacon affair. Odd, but whatever. Kind of interesting that the show just covered it all in a conversation.

But I guess that's better than months and months of the plot dragging on when Brooke was feeling guilty about inadvertently misbehaving New Year's Eve (or some holiday) when Sheila had secretly spiked or switched Brooke's nonalcoholic wine bottle with alcohol -- or whatever that was, I chose to forget most of it.

Anyhow, I liked the bar scenes in the two episodes I watched. Fun new energy.

Seems like a bad move by BOLD. Comes off as heartless and a real lack of loyalty from the company.

-- Electra's long and passionate goodbye kiss to Will in the halls at Forrester shows how stupid and ridiculous she is.

R.J. can be a real a-hole, but watching him stick it to dumb couple WE is actually enjoyable.

Is EB still fighting her cancer? Cause if so, that's sick to lay someone off like that(still is no matter what)
