William Robert Reed-Roberts-Horton-Kiriakis-Kiriakis!! This is the character who should be leading the LGBTQA Stories on Days, not Leo

I agree!

Leo's appearance today almost ruined the episode. I couldn't care less about him or Javi. I'm glad Will didn't acknowledge him at the baby shower.

Why haven't the writers written out Leo or at least recast the role? I can't stand the character or actor.

Will looked DUH as usual. Standing around with nothing to do. Chandler must be desperate to come back and stand around with no real purpose.

100% agree

1000% percent on this. Will needs to be on the canvas. If Chandler can't or won't come back full-time, I'd take a recast at this point, too.

Also, where was poor Ari again today? It's like they're always forgetting to include her. Even boring Rafe was there.

-- Lamon Archey is very good looking, but I don't like the beard. Too much facial hair.

-- These writers think it's cute that Johnny doesn't know where the vacuum is? in an 8'x10' apartment?

-- I don't give a rat's ass about Sami's engagement. She's back for just a few days, so why should we be interested in this Dante character at all?

-- Chandler Massey looks good, but what the hell was that shirt? Tragic.

-- And why is Johnny wearing a jersey made for June?

-- That baby shower was pretty lame.

-- Leo AND Javi need to leave town. STAT.

-- Leo said "between she and I" instead of "between her and me." Yeah, he's a real journalist.

-- With all these returns, this episode should have been MUCH better. COMPLETE letdown.

I have personally never got the Chandler Massey obsession.  He is ok and has good chemistry with Ali and Deidre, but he mostly smirks his way through scenes?  To me he's decent, ok looking guy that could easily be recast because Will as a character should be onscreen.  Chandler has a regular job so it's not like the show would be hurting him if they recast.

I agree with all of that, and I also think Sami should be recast. AS is never coming back for more than a few days, so what's the point?

Chandler was ok back in the day. Now he appears for a day or two looking lost and has no purpose other than to smirk. As much as I dislike the current headwriters and think they write boring stories, Leo is still there, thankfully. He’s my favorite character. The writing for Leo isn’t as good as it was under Ron. Leo does seem to be there for the long haul.

Chandler is the closest thing DAYS had to an Ali Sweeney or Jonathan Jackson-level talent when he was young. Now he knows it and barely bothers onscreen. Neither Ali nor Jonathan ever stopped trying on camera.

If he would be around more and lock in while there I'd be for it, but he doesn't seem interested.

I would hold off on recasting Sami.  AS is pretty iconic and is still willing to return so I wouldn't move on that yet.

Chandler is like Chad Duell to me.  They were good, but got bored and disinterested as they got older.

With Chad I just felt like he badly needed Zoloft and seemed adrift and despondent onscreen lol. Chandler seems to giddily piss it away at times, not unlike the easily-bored Trevor St. John.

I don't think you ever recast Sami. Will Horton, like Lucky Spencer, is another story if you can't secure the original and/or they are unwilling to act.

I think it's the smirking.  Lol.  I agree Chandler never seemed (seems) unhappy.  He just doesn't care that much or has moved on.  He likes the fun little few days and is happy to go back to his regular life after.
