I'm wondering if this is a FOJ situation coming to fruition with all these former GHers being cast, or if this is another one of Josh's novelist fetish storylines where all these people are getting their stories told through Traci's words for a book she's writing.

Deeply recurring, considering no police station set and never any action on screen. Someone will have to go to the coffee house and report on the cases!

I can't remember who this guy is because Griffin, Nathan, and Chase were pretty much interchangeable.

One was a doctor, one was a detective and the third was the replacement for the second. Mind you, we won with the third.

This is all very odd to me. Typically when this happens I feel like we'd have a new HW but Josh appears so safe. 

For this casting in particular, it shows how short sighted JG is because he would've made sense as a Chance recast. Chance's death amounted to nothing and now they're bringing on a similar actor to play a detective, the role Chance filled.

But at least we got those Emmy worthy performances from Jess Walton and Tricia Cast at Chance's funeral!
