Well even for a teen mom, Nina Webster Chancellor Kimble McNeil became a grandmother at a young age.

How young is young? Would Nicole on BTG count?

Nicole and Ted on BTG are definitely in the running for the Ellen Stewart Tribute Award.

I don't know what's considered really young, but I always thought Dixie (AMC) was a young grandma.

Someone like Olivia on GH would probably qualify since she was a teen mom and Dante had a son when he was a teen.

Given Arianna turning up a feisty teen and knowing the current soaps I suspect Will will become a grandfather and Sami a great-grandma soon enough. Another reason they should never have done the same old tired 'give the gays a baby to avoid sex scenes' trick.

I wouldn't doubt it although Cherie Jimenez looks the same age as her daughter on the show already.

Well there's Sami, and also Theresa is also still relative young and she's already a grandmother with her teen son now a father. I can't think up of anyone else on Days off the top of my head at the moment.
