I'm glad Canada and USA are back on same airdates. It makes the reveal a true reveal whenever it happens.

Well we know I'm willing to eat crow if I'm wrong (GH and May, I'm looking at you!) so I guess we will see.

But, honestly, do they have a choice since there is no tangible history to play on? They had to make artificial backstories or there would be no plot moving forward. And, tbf, even decades-running soaps create artificial backstories for long-established characters all the time (especially when it comes to children that they never knew they had, or back-from-the-dead plots).

c'mon...we know June is actually the dead Articulette, don't we? That's why she gravitated to the Jess/Duncan/Bonnie story and Nicole said "I always thought that Jessica looked like Mom". It wasn't just some cute shout out to ATWT. I don't know how they'll justify it, but I'm pretty sure that's where this is headed.

 

 

Way too young...

The first time I watched Thursday, I was eagerly looking to see if June's photo was in the box, so I didn't look at her hands.  Then I read the comments here about her manicure, wondering if either she has a secret identity or if the director missed it.

I just rewatched those scenes.

The camera spent a lot of time focusing on June's hands as she looked through the box.  And she also gesticulated with her hands.  And the camera showed her hands holding the photo.  There's absolutely no way the show missed that.  There was too much focus on her hands for the show to have messed up.  It was intentional to show her manicure.  Why? I don't know.  But fascinating.

I'm not suggesting it isn't intentional or if those behind the scenes don't have a bigger plan in mind. 

I was literally asking, because as I watched, these questions have come up for me and I genuinely wondered if I misunderstood something or just wasn't looking at things in the way intended.

I think next week and the meeting with all the men might put things more into focus.

Got to watch the Nicole and Ted scenes from Friday and I genuinely felt nothing. I see zero chemistry between nuTed and Nicole.
