Honestly, at that time it may have been controversial to have teenage actors playing real issues that teens faced at that time (Like Rizzo thinking she was pregnant). I always remembered BL because she was my age on Saved By The Bell, then she was the same age in Pretty Little Liars and I was 33!

Not that I know of. The one that always amazed me was Bianca Lawson, but I think she is actually close to 50 now.

What gets me mad is that, as a writer, I see so much potential in the show and all the possibilities, but they always seem to go the safest route. We need more drama. Also, everything interesting gets dropped for months or the story actually airs, but it never ends (I'm looking at you, Hayley).

It's hard to believe that some daytime actors were still in the closet when I was a teen in the 90s. I also remember when the character of Hank on ATWT was a big deal.

So, are we right to assume that Deanna, Donnell, Samantha, and Noah are all older IRL than Chelsea, Kat, and Naomi? Also, the guy that played Derek was in his 40s. This show is really wonky on age.

As far as criminals and romance go, Hayley is lying to Bill, Joey is lying to Vanessa, and Leslie is messing with Marcel, a crooked cop that we know committed murder (of another villain, but still).

I was thinking the same thing about Randy. I don't want him to be bad because he was Doug's boy. I'm hoping he has both Doug and Lynette somewhere safe out there.

Am I the only Gen Xer that found Noah to be very 90s-coded with his curtain bangs, plaid flannel, and chain wallet? With his guitar, he looked like an extra from California Dreams.

I agree. She was paying for Naomi's lunch with Monopoly money. It's kind of hard to forget that.

Who wants to bet that Dani will pull a Rachel Cory and save Mac, uh, I mean, Bill? I am so sad for Andre, who has been the perfect husband in every way. Who should Andre rebound with? I agree - NOT ASHLEY. Maybe Shanice when she realizes that she doesn't love Ted?

The writing is making Puerto Rico and its culture look bad. It is also making it seem as if Puerto Rico is a foreign country, and it's not. That's a common misconception and it should be corrected in the writing. Sorry, I noticed this watching today with my grown Puerto Rican daughter. Also, shame on Andre for putting down people that need psychiatric meds. I take several. So does my daughter... I'm sorry if I'm still sensitive this week, but those things really bothered me.

Dani/Andre will explode. I am so mad at Dani because she just became the "Bill" to Andre's "Dani" and she, of all people, should understand the pain in that position. I hope Hayley figures it out and rats her out. Or, Vanessa gets drunk and tells Joey (who has a bet riding on this).

Yes! And, it closes the door on all the discussion about Kat never becoming "the other woman" with her cousin's man. I didn't like that, either, but I really enjoy their chemistry. If Jacob leaves Naomi, that works well for Jackat without ruining Kat's character.

Izaiah with Naomi would be amazing, but I have wanted Jackat since last year.
