BTG: May 2025 Discussion Thread

Am I the only one welcoming the preemptions because I've been mad busy and have to catch up on over a week of episodes? Just saying.

This was me! I finally got caught up yesterday and even then, I still may wait until Friday to binge these two episodes. I find that I can watch GH in the background because the pacing is so slow but I must be able to devote my full attention to BTG because so much happens.

Not me, I am having withdrawals, I need that soapy drama lol

Anita Dupree is Ruth Marshall from Generations. Ruth also had a past of being a singer who gave it up because of raising a family and having a husband.

The EW spoiler article is on the May spoiler thread.
(I'll quote the only non-spoiler thing)
"Beginning Thursday, Beyond the Gates is set to plunge viewers into a three-episode arc"
That arc airs Thurs. May 1, Fri. May 2, and Mon. May 5.

Then BTG has two days off for soccer Tues. May 6 and Wed. May 7.

Thankfully we'll have the three big episodes before that soccer break.

It's the same set-up on May 6 & 7 as last week:

• BTG fully preempted on the soccer dates everywhere US and Canada.
   
• Y&R and B&B partially disrupted in some cities, but airing overnight, and/or on sister channels, and uploaded online without a preemption.
  And no disruption to Canada/Australia broadcasts of Y&R and B&B.
