Carter and Daphne can both be written out; I caught the end because I’m off work.  
 

Thank god for everything you did for Hope, Carter.  The way she - as an Attorney / realized Ridhe nor Eric, nor anyone ever checks Hope’s paperwork because she’s such a trusted attorney.  What a terrible thing and idea and you Carter, you tried to talk her out of it at first but then as she bulled forward - yep, you backed it.  
 

Oh wait.  Totally opposite — YOUUU were the attorney with the idea.  
 

that is so unbelievably dumb. What is the point?

-- That sock on Liam's head is ridiculous. Someone should have thought about how that would look day after day after day.

-- We got an entire week of LIAM IS DYING, and it's been as bad as it sounds.

-- This martyr act from Liam is too much. All of a sudden the guy has the answers to all relationship problems.

-- Speaking of relationships, no one moves from one to the next like Carter...madly in love one minute, moving on the next. Not that I care. I don't care if Hope catches him with Daphne, and I don't care who he ends up with the week after that. I just don't care.

-- Today we got Steffy repeating "Liam doesn't deserve this." We've heard the "doesn't deserve this" line all week. I mean, who in the hell "deserves" a brain tumor? This is beyond suckage writing.

This is why I fast-forwarded the whole week of episodes.

Scott's interview with Michael Fairman has me even more convinced Liam is really a goner

He mentioned OG Caroline and Ridge and how she died(that is Liam's aunt too) and that Brad knows he wrote Liam into a corner and he also said he doesn't want a repeat of Eric dying with a "easy cure" for Liam, he said no one wants to see a repeat of that

HE said Brad isn't f*cking around and he knows where this is going.

I just don't think Brad Bell has it in him to actually kill off Liam.

He should have killed off Eric when he had the chance. I know John McCook is an original cast member, but Eric is even more useless than Liam. Eric should have died and then it would be revealed that he died without a valid will, so Donna, as his wife, inherits everything, including his shares in Forrester Creations.

He also commented that Brad knows that fans are sick of the constant fake deaths on this show: Finn, Sheila, etc and that it's hard to take this seriously if it's another fake death

And even then...you have to wait a couple of weeks to be sure he's actually dead.

I guess they copied literally everything from that C&R scene, the dialogue etc

With so many reference to Caroline, how many months before 'Linus' appears? We already know *twins* run in the Spencer family. We know very little about Liam's birth, etc. Please tell me it'll never happen.

Brad undercutting the significance of Steffy/Hope scenes, which were great, by having Steffy squeal to Taylor less than an hour later.

I was initially glad that Carter finally got a leading man story, except they've completely destroyed what made him likeable - from the imaginary House of Forrester, fake LLC papers and, Friday, he blames everything on Hope. Gross.

Daphne being certain that Hope would go back to Liam is contrived. She knows nothing about their history. How many times has the Nose met Liam? If, say, Katie, Ridge or Steffy made the suggestion, at least, it would be believable from those characters' history/point-of-view.

I think we have learned by now that you can never be sure anyone's actually dead on a soap...
