Maybe it's time I find my long lost dusty late 2000s (that had like 20 members!) fan forum dedicated to Bricky (Brooke and Nick) and bring it back.  🤣 God I'M OLD. I don't have the stamina for this sh-t anymore.

OMG @dragonflies maybe the future Italy shoot is going to be connected with this.

Bish, my wig is sweating off!

That's what I was thinking, but Deadline emphasized:

"He returned to the Los Angeles set April 10 to begin taping a story arc; his first episode back will air June 13."

Now, that doesn't mean he can't tape scenes in Los Angeles and then fly with the crew to Italy for additional episodes, but it's interesting wording here.

Didn't they have a kid? A little boy that Taylor carried I think, I'm having a vague recollection of Hunter Tylo screaming in a hospital bed when she found out it was Brooke's? How soon before he's back too to push that Nick and Brooke are meant to be or whatever?

Yes. Jack - birthed by Taylor, who got pregnant by Nick's sperm and her biggest enemy's egg. Bradley Bell style. One of the show's stupidest storylines.

Is JW's character still on When Calls the Heart? IF so he gonna do BOLD and WCTH?

Did Bold get a budget increase, I can't imagine JW is all that cheap lol

I just heard of this show that has apparently been on for 12(!) seasons. Hallmark is notoriously low-paying, so that probably didn't improve his quote.

If it can take some screen time from Steffy, Hope and that gawd-awful Daphne (is her 13 weeks up yet?), then Hooray!

Thank God JMW has some Maternity leave coming up...

Why would they bother with Jack? Gay-Jay is invisible, Thomas is out of the country. Zende is on and barely seen (which is good, because he should have stuck to modeling ---Just sayin') and Will is ready to marry Electra and disappear.  Brad Bell has no idea how to write for young people.

Not to mention Little Eric, who was at the center of B&B's stories for several years. It's weird that he plays absolutely no role in his father or sister's life.

I really hope this is for like less than 5 episodes.

Absolutely. For years he was an albatross to the show as Brad Bell tried to shoehorn his character into the canvas wherever he could and it never worked.

What an offensively stupid story. And it took 9 months to tell? Brooke's been involved in some doozy but this is...yikes. And the child isn't even a factor in either of their lives. How utterly bizarre.

Edit: And I just looked him up. This scrambled egg of a baby is almost 18 years old in real time and apparently entirely raised by Nick. Brooke and Taylor? Do not care. What a mess lmao

It's one of the worst, if not THE worst storyline in the show. The character of Nick didn't survive it. He paid the price for the scrambled eggs.  🪺

Bradley will probably ignore a lot of this sh-ty history when Nick comes back, as he usually does. One thing I would like to see the show focusing on is... the fact that Nick and Ridge are brothers and that Ridge and Steffy are MARONE. They have as much Forrester in them as Brooke and Hope do - zero. (Brooke has had more Forrester IN HER than anyone in the show, but that's another story 🤣)

The past few years Bradley Bell has been pretending that Ridge and Steffy are these pure-bred Forresters while Brooke and her daughter are two homeless bitches wannabes. Well... Time for the delusion to end. 🐍

I'm a JW fan so I'm anxious to see this. As others have said, anything to get Brooke away from Ridge is a plus, but Nick is a great choice. A built in history and proven chemistry. I'm sure this is a short arc until he resumes taping in Vancouver. I'll take whatever good doses I can get right now! The show needs a major overhaul.

They better not forget his connection to Katie, too. Heather Tom needs something to do! Bill/Katie/Nick, Nick/Brooke/Ridge, and Nick/Taylor. Plenty of history and stir up. If only it would be done well...if only...if...

My issue with Jack Marone is that it's implausible that all-loving, warm, kind Taylor doesn't care at all about the baby: 1) she carried; and 2) that was conceived out of her love for Nick. At the same time, Taylor had no problem snatching and loving a random black market baby (Beth) for Steffy.

Even though Brooke had no connection to Jack, except her DNA was illegally used, it's also out of character for her not to care about her heir to the Marone fortune son.

Bringing Jack back on canvas actually could be a compelling and emotional story for Brooke/Taylor. Not as a competition, but rather how these two women try to connect with their son and how he tries to connect with his moms.

It sounds like JW is only there for a short visit, which means whatever transpires will be forgotten almost immediately.

Steffy IS A Forrester, Eric is Ridge's legal father. If they aren't Forrester's then Zende isn't either

Plus Stephanie's father fronted the money for Forrester Creations, so they have more right to Forrester than even Eric's own kids
