They should put Van Hansis on contract.  If Marco is Natalia and Sidwell's son, I wouldn't be surprised to see Eva LaRue and Carlo Rota upped to contract also.

I had no idea none of these actors were on contract. I still can't believe I'm actually enjoying Van as Lucas. I wouldn't mind if this character were Natalia and Sidwell's child. Would definitely cause complications if Lucas fell for him considering how he feels about Carly with Sonny and Brennan.

There were rumors when he started that he declined a contract. Not sure about the validity of that. JPS refused a contract as well, but he was booked outside the show. Van not so much. Maybe he doesn’t enjoy LA?

Van's partner lives in NYC. He commutes.

Pretty sure Van Hansis is recurring because he resides on the east coast; if I recall, he referred to himself as "heavy recurring" during his Locher Room interview, but I could be wrong (and don't need to be pointed to the interview, either).

If you look at the background in the photo on a set, it is Windemere.

Is there any way that Sidwell could be a Cassadine? Natasha's brother? Unknown to her? But he knows?

That would change things. Sidwell no longer just some thug war lord.

And then just think about his dancing while Sonny's penthouse was aflame, after being bombed?!

There is a poster on the Comments of Daytime Confidential & they say that this is Lucas's projected mystery man. They have been right about things before. 

And, since it has come up, I think GH makes a mistake, having so many recurring players drive story.

If you will excuse the vernacular, it phuques up the schedule which in turn plays hell with the pacing & the balance.

If so, do you think that was a change? And how did Drew get access to a WSB weapon? Plus why did Sidwell do that celebratory dance while the bombing & fire were ongoing?
