Members Wendy
Per a new article, Kathleen Noone, was recently at the Hollywood Show in Burbank, where she met with fans. An article talks about that and her role as Claudia Whittaker on Knots Landing, and also touches upon her other soap roles. https://www.remindmagazine.com/article/24442/knots-landing-all-my-children-kathleen-noone-hollywood-show-2025/
Members DRW50
Thanks so much @Wendy Claudia was just a mess, but that first season was her best, and Kathleen played the hell out of her. I notice she doesn't mention Passions. I wouldn't either... Sometimes I forget that when Kathleen was brought in to play the "older woman" on AMC, she was only 32 years old. (and only 3 years older than Mark LaMura) These days on soaps 50 year old women are written like 18 year olds. Members soapfan770
Thanks as well @Wendy Yeah Claudia was problematic but I liked some of her stuff earlier on during Season 12. I pretty much lost interest in Claudia after her role in her son’s death and that messiness. Personally my favorite Noone role will always be Bette on Sunset Beach. I actually secretly rooted for her to win the Emmy that year she was nominated. Bette was such a fun character compared to whatever she later played on Passions.

Members Paul Raven
I didn't know that. She presented older and Ellen was mother to Devon, who was at least 16 when she came on, so they were writing and dressing her as up to 10 years older. And I guess Mark the character was a little younger than Mark, the actor? Going to the link and seeing Joan Van Ark with Donna (who looks amazing) and Kathleen (who also is looking good) is sad. Such bad work.
Members Dr Neil Curtis
I always under the right writer, she could play a great recast Jo Johnson. I see her having chemistry with Matt, Steve, and Judi.
