I have a vague memory of that Lesley and Monica scene from the early '10s. Knowing Lester was Leslie's nickname on the set adds a certain sweet footnote to that confrontation.

Thank you for sharing Monica's final scenes. In of themselves they aren't anything special, but they are pleasant enough, and after so many losses Monica suffered it's nice to remember her last year was spent with a houseful of people.

It's depressing to know Michael probably won't be involved in Monica's death or funeral, but I hope some writer manages to use that for added poignancy - have Jason feel some regret that thanks to him Monica's grandson can't be there for her. 

An icon in the industry.

Even we hadn’t seen Leslie/Monica all that much lately, you could still feel her presence on GH.

It won’t be the same without her.

Hopefully Jason gets his memory back during the funeral. It would be a full circle moment for him. But I doubt it.

TBI is not memory loss. It stands for traumatic brain injury. Jason thinks in a different way. It is not going to change on its own.

I hope people got to see the Monica Lois clip short but a treasure.

What a way to start Monday. Smh.

 

But like I said...one of my earliest GH memories was of her being angry at a man that I would eventually learn was named Alan. And all they did was fight. Since I was too young, I didn't understand why then. As I grew older, I got to learn about Monica and Alan and them crazy Qs and grew to love them. And Monica was never boring to watch.
