The writing for Trina/Kai is just awful and clearly giving them a bone is just box-checking from FV and these writers with little to no real thought behind it.

I hope Tabyana gets on her agent to start finding her better work in streaming or film. GH is not cutting it.

Well, generally speaking, another good day on GH, but ...

But #1 it is so hard to see Carly not in full-on MamaBear role!!! I get it, she realizes that the situation with Michael is potentially so dire that she cannot take any chances, so she is risk-averse for now & that is not the Carly we wish we were seeing but she has to just suck it up & live with it, so we do, too.

But #2, has Chase lost his mind? There were so many different things he could have said to Willow, but, no, he just totally & completely dropped the ball. Willow was apparently apart from Drew for enough time that she actually reached an introductory level of self-awareness & had some insight into the decisions she's made & why, which was nothing short of remarkable. And, instead of reinforcing that or even leading her to the next step in thought, he basically just nodded & asked her to pass the butter. And, by that I mean said nothing of any consequence, at all.

No number at all because it's so obvious & such a throwaway: Kai, in GH, in bed, in a room, with a dislocated shoulder? Everyone is right about this particular bit of stupidity. There's no way he'd be hospitalized!

But #3, Nina is saying things we never thought we'd hear her say. Sure, she is jealous of Drew & angry because he's winning with Willow & she's not. But, still, it's so odd to hear Nina make what is basically a decency argument with Willow & to suggest that there are lines that one should not cross! We've known Nina for years, and this is new.

Tracy was the highlight of the episode. I’m gonna need her to just keep reading all of these idiots. It was mentioned I believe in the Leslie thread by @DRW50. But I really love how the Quartermaines yell at them for keeping Michael out of their lives when Sonny is literally a mobster and Jason a hitman, when the most I ever saw the Q’s do in the 2000’s was argue comically or get killed off.

Willow finally having a moment away from Drew to actually do some introspection was actually shocking and welcoming. A nice change from what the characters been doing.

Drew really can’t be long for this world. Too many people don’t even see him as romantically interested in Willow but more as a creep trying to control her. Had to love Tracy all but telling Sonny to off him yesterday

Just as some of us are watching very hopefully for Sonny & cardiac arrest, I am very much afraid we are going to be disappointed. But, in like fashion, I think that you Drew Murder dreamers are also going to feel that same disappointment. Wouldn't it be a kick in the teeth if no one is going to die & we continue to be stuck with them, and I guess them with us. After all, they might wish for a better audience. Nyah, that's just crazy talk. As fans go, we are primo.

    • This show treats Claire like a glorified extra prop not the granddaughter of the 2 biggest supercouples this show has ever had. I don't think was ever invested in Claire nor writing for her & her connections to majority of the town. What a waste of a legacy character with so much potential
    • Kim Zimmer could have had a nice career as a supporting actress in Hollywood, but that does not appear to be what she wanted. That's fine, but in the eighties, she was not going to have many options as a leading actress. The eighties were brutal for a performer like her.  Her one big film role lasted a minute or two. Even while she was on GL, she should have been doing episodic television. Was her agent that incompetent or was she just bad at auditioning? Her episode of "Designing Women" was quite popular and was discussed at the time for its subject matter, but she never followed up on it. It's bizarre to me.
    • Billy just showed up for Vanessa's memorial (Sept 9, '96), which is so nice!  My first time seeing him like this outside of random clips from the past. He's out of jail for 24 hours, so not long. It's good to see him with the family.
    • Definitely was more recent than not; when the set originally returned, the change hadn't happened.
    • It was nice seeing Victorias house and I see it’s been remodelled. I’m sure this happened awhile ago but since I tuned out from the show for so long I am only noticing it now. Looks beautiful though!  Also, Billy and Sally gross me out so much. I don’t know what it is I hate so much about them. They give me the ick. Definitely a mismatch. I don’t buy that these people would be attracted to eachother in real life much less have a relationship..

    • Also, isn’t there supposed to be a storyline with Mariah and Tessa? Mariah cheating or something (keeping some kind of secret) and they were only on screen 2 and 3 times this month. Like what? How am I supposed to care when I barely see them?
    • Definitely wouldn't trust Dinah right now haha.  But that's great to know Billy comes back soon!  I'm excited for that. If he's at the boardinghouse, then I guess he does get closer to Nola perhaps, and then he'll be around Peter/Bridget and J, who is currently in his orbit along with Michelle and Dahlia, and Marcus is at the boardinghouse, so maybe they go the teenage story route most of this time until Billy gets back.
    • Sounds like me, but I prefer to be referred to as Contessa. We all know I can go a long time not paying attention to certain things.  And, if I might add, hey there dude, you effed up pretty good this time and I think this was your last chance. So don't let the door hit you in your behind as you go BYE MOMMY!
    • That did cross my mind at first, but I'd be more inclined to believe it if this didn't involve Trump. I'm not at all sure he is capable of being that sneaky. Of course, there's always a possibility I guess that his advisors are doing it without telling him, but that seems awfully risky. Trump is such a loose cannon you can never predict what he's going to do or say.
