Ric swiftly married Stafford's Nina in RC's truncated final year, gaslit her with a crying baby audio app named "Waaahhh!" as she crawled around on all fours, and before that danced in place and autotune sang to an unimpressed Elizabeth begging for her love at the Nurses Ball in a moment I've tried to scrub from my mind.

And was, for a brief moment in time, the District Attorney in 2015.

Thanks.

Oh I remember the NB moment now I think - how embarrassing. Was this meant to be hilarious?

Nina has had so many insane storylines and connections with so many characters. It's a credit to Cynthia Watros that she makes it work.

I don't think so, but like many NB moments in recent years I couldn't look directly at it. Though nothing will ever beat Luke and Felicia's "Swannee River/Proud Mary" number for cringe.

I like Ric Hearst and Jonathan Jackson, and I look forward to both returns.  The show is still top heavy with dead weight that needs to go.

The brain trusts that are sending off Hudson West at a time where the character should be front and center, yet retain Dex, Joss (she needs to go see her father for a long time). Drew is bouncing from job to job to government to Carly to Nina to Willow  and I just don't give a rat's ass about the character. Sure, Cameron Mathison is a popular face, but certainly not as popular as Vanessa Marcil.  Wallow, Michael, etc. could take breaks for quite a while and would not be missed.

Definitely great news, but the show is just awful lately. I want to see Lucky and Ric shake things up for Rebecca Hearst, who has wasted the last six plus years with Tweedle Dull and Tweedle Duller.

Seriously, Give the girl some real romance and adventure!

Edit: I've been out of the loop for a week and a half, so I'm not aware if Hudson West leaving is due to a commitment of his.

Rick Hearst was my favorite actor and Ric the character when I first got into GH so I’m thrilled.

His character did some scummy things. But Hearst is always so pleasant in interviews and seems like he would be a blast to work with. He comes across as chatty too- I cannot imagine how they filmed any scenes with him and Kin Shriner.

I always thought that Scott and Rick served the same function on the show, slimy lawyers, just interacting with different generations. It's hard having them on the same time, as they're almost the same character. Kin does throw in a bunch of neurotic actions to try and distinguish himself though.
