This is how I was told it plays out...carly wants to spill but jason convinces her to contain herself. Then at luke/tracy's reception she overhears sonny proposing to brenda and she loses it and spills. Tracy and Luke do get married.

Since bergenw tweeted about how she got to dance with handsome guys and play the unrequited love, I think we see the reception. It does figure though it would be about freaking dante/brenda/sonny crap and carly tho!
