This was a positive for Ms Zucker's case.  She argued that Alarr shouldn't be able to work as producer while the case is being tried.  Mr. Alarr's attorneys countered, that since he has been fired from DAYS, this shouldn't be an issue.  However, the judge ruled that the allegations are so severe that he agreed with the plaintiff (Zucker), that Alarr should not work in a managerial position until a verdict.
