Do you remember Will Horton's first gay kiss?  Will, Sonny, and some friends were drinking beer (and maybe playing beer pong or something) on the couches in Horton Town Square.  Will was attracted to one of the guys whose name was Neil.  They walked over to an area off to the side and kissed.  The character's full name was "Neil Hultgren" and was played by actor Jesse Kristopherson, who is the son of Kris Kristopherson.

The character "Neil Hultgren" was named after Ryan Quan's then-boyfriend, now-husband.

That is so funny! I wasn't watching during any of that. Thnx for telling the full anecdote. I get a real kick out of it. Writers at the shows are so wicked when it comes to using names creatively!!

Yeah. It's the same one he wore when he dumped Chanel in public in front of everyone which devastated her rightfully so. Five minutes later, Chanel sleeps with Allie. Later on after that, Paulina discovers the two in bed and she makes a facial expression as if someone let out one of those ranch Dorito burps. And it's ripe as all hell.

That was a priceless facial expression. Respect. 👊

What I'd like to know is if you really see ugly suits like that for sale?

Perhaps at Belk or Men Suits USA. Summertime, yes. Moreover, I would suggest not doing this around Valentine's Day if you want a reasonable priced red suit.

I don't think it's ugly, at all. It's just a bit of a statement look to be used so often.

Okay, well, I don't mean to offend. When it comes to taste in fashion I figure there's a reason Baskin Robbins has 31 flavors of ice cream! We like a lot of different things. I go with YMMV there too.

I don't care about the suit but I am bothered, lol! I mean, these characters are acting as if it's a brand new suit when it's clearly not unless that suit had polka dot prints.

I didn't mind today's episode besides Allie and Johnny acting stupid once again. I'm trying to remember what else happened (^^ Thanks for posting the pics). Oh yeah, the wedding. The wedding was predictable, but I do find it amusing how people are easily able to start blabbing their mouths at the last minute. 😄

I like Nicole and EJ. Not as a couple or anything, but I guess in a sense, I think when Nicole is with EJ, she's "allowed" to be herself. I miss the old Nicole like that one time she deliberately threw her fur coat at Maggie when Maggie was the maitre d' and owner of a restaurant. Haha! That was so awesome.

What was the name of that place? That was a neat place. I like a lot of scenes with this EJ in them. I think he is a good scene partner & is well-written & well-acted. And generally I just like Nicole. I thought we would see some of moving into the hacienda. Blast!

If I'm not mistaken, I think Maggie's restaurant was called Chez Rouge. I miss old sets like that because it seemed as if there was always something going on as many characters sat in different tables and they would take the time to dance and interact with each other, etc.

Yes, tht's correct. Prior to it, Maggie owned The Tuscany, which became the country and western Alice's, and was involved (a partner?) in the original Alice's (formerly Shenanigans).

The Tuscany. She had it from ~1999 up until her "death." It went on to become the country and western Alice's.

Ah, Tuscany!! Thank you for that! Alice's, lol! God, I scratched my head at that western-themed establishment. I never understood it for some reason.

^^^^THIS^^^^ Yes! Chez Rouge. I loved all of the restaurants from BITD. And, I loved all of the live entertainment when they had it. The sets were always so well dressed & the extras were good & there were enough of them. Good memories.
