The Young and the Restless has sent out a casting call for the contract role for “Derek.”

 

“Derek” is described as a “white male, in his mid 30’s, All-American. He’s an incredibly attractive and physically fit leading man. He’s a playful, roguish adventurer. Has seen enough to be jaded but strong enough to remain at heart an optimist. Tough-minded when he needs to be, yet isn’t afraid to show his emotions to get his point across.” 

 

 

Wonder who this is. Recast new character?

Agreed this is a Chance re-cast.   If not then yeah Noah. 

Y&R should just hire Justin Gaston as Chance. He did good work during the wedding and honeymoon episodes.

No word yet on whether this is a new character or a character familiar to viewers.

I'm not convinced this is Chance. It might be, but I don't know...

Could be enough time for those Boaz stans to finally get over him lol similar to Muhney and Hartley back in 2014.
