My guess would be Mark Pinter. I don't think we were supposed to see Andy as "sensual." But Mark? He was written as if he was God's gift to women. They had him parading around shirtless a lot. That is definitely a case where a storyline was scuttled by a poor casting choice.
Anyway, boo on Marland for blaming the secretaries. I don't believe it for a minute. When they cast by how women react, you end up with DiCaprio in Titanic.
Yup. He also complained about who they paired him with, resulting in him eventually fading away as a romantic lead. Which made it easy to eventually write him off the show.
