But considering DAYS' current storytelling, it's a change from having beloved characters committing heinous crimes and getting away with it.

    Did they scrap a lot of taped stuff? Five months ahead is still too much. They should be only 3 months ahead.

    I dunno but that's what she said. Mark Steines asked her about the taping schedule and that's when she said they're 5 months ahead now, and that they do change pace right away if a story doesn't go over well with viewers

    I dont see what the spoiler is. That is vague as hell. So theres going to be a wedding by the end of the year? I can literally say the same thing about every soap

    That's still way too much. Writing should be about 6 weeks ahead and taping about a month.

    Agreed. It's the only way to adjust to viewer feedback/reaction. There were so many stories that just flatlined and others (Sami's revenge with Kate) that were sadly cut so short.
