Considering half the things that reportedly go on at the awards shows themselves, it really shouldn't even have to be discussed what might be going on at the after party.

I think we might be thinking of two different things? I'm thinking of the main party that's in a ballroom, like the Governor's Ball and Vanity Fair parties at Oscars, where dinner and drinks are served, and there's people dancing. I assume Nicholas went to that. I wasn't thinking of a second-location-party where things can get seedy.

Well, you might be right. Either way it seems odd that a kid would be there considering I'm sure it was just the whole cast getting drunk(er), but hey I'm not mad about it. I don't hate him as much as everyone else here does lol

She was obliterated. Between her and Kelly Monaco I don't know who was worse. It was a disgrace of them both.

I laughed out loud at this one. The thought of Maura West blowing a line off a toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom of the Beverly Hilton, with a burnt spoon and a lighter in each hand, is too much even for me. I love it.

Oh, please. Have you ever watched the Golden Globes? Or any awards show really? These celebrities are always trashed, that's half the fun of watching. If Meryl Streep can wander on stage plastered at the GG's talking about wanting people to call her T-Bone, I highly doubt anybody is considering Maura West or Kelly Monaco a disgrace to anything. In fact, Monaco's drunken shenanigans at last years Emmy's are about the only thing anybody liked about the show!

Her children Joe and Katherine posted how proud they are of their mother. Why don't u have five kids and find that out. What I get Maura is she works hard, very humble, giving and a great mother. I'm not disputing that other celebrities get wasted at these events. Of course they do. However, I don't think that's ever attractive behaviour, whether it's Meryl Streep or Maura West.

I wonder if her threatening to take her top off would have happened had the show not only been online last year.

Johnny Depp was on stage at, I think, an AFI tribute a few months back, and he was clearly toasted, to a point well past Kelly or Maura last night. It was a lot worse/more embarrassing than those two were last night.

I totally respect your viewpoint, I just think saying it's a disgrace is a bit much, considering it's not like they're the only two to ever destroy the sanctity of an awards show by being drunk.

But I don't think it is decent to show up at an awards ceremony roasted. That's in very poor taste. A few drinks, absolutely, but everyone should not know you're wasted. So tacky! The after party? Stand on tables and take off your undies if you want!
