Favorite/Best Written Triangles

I don't like love triangles, mostly because they are almost always blatantly one-sided (until Brad Bell got sick of Hunter Tylo, Taylor/Ridge/Brooke was always about Taylor; Kathleen/Cass/Frankie was so much about propping Frankie that the letter F was practically carved in Kathleen's and Cass' foreheads), but I liked the Ellie/Craig/Sierra triangle on ATWT. It was believable that Craig loved both women and that he was too guilt-ridden to make the choice, which is why Ellie chose for him. This never felt like a copout, even though it easily could have been. Reilly tried this on DAYS with Hope/Bo/Billie, but I never thought it worked.

Ha..and both probably hated working with him…..LOL

I floved Brock and Emily…then when I read what Melanie had to say it was a bummer cause they had a lot of chemistry.

I have to agree with Carl and say I'm not the biggest fan of triangles either, though they make it up about 75% of soaps....

what B&B has done recently with Liam/Hope/Steffy, Liam/Hope/Wyatt, Liam/Ivy/Steffy just fueled my hatred of them more....

They could've amounted to something had Brad not been one-sided and actually played proper beats. Ridge/Brooke/Taylor worked b/c Bill had Ridge choose one woman for an extended time [as in years] before bouncing back to the other one. And the other one would actually move on with someone else till they came back to Ridge. That never occurred with the show's current triangles. Liam or Hope would switch partners quicker than they would underwear.

    • They've been on same day for three episodes, which is a good thing because the days flowed weird to me before.
    • I see both Lois and BLQs sides re Gio BLQ wanted her son to be happy. Lois wanted to make sure it happened, so she gave him to family. Selfish?  Yes, but I get it Gio was raised by a loving mother and extended family. Lois followed BLQ wishes Great acting by AS & RS

date: Tuesday, May 27 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Steven Williford I feel bad for Chelsea; she's exploring her feelings, and they're getting [unintentionally] hurt. But I love the support that Katherine has for her cousin. Bradley, you deserve one hundred times better than Deadbeat. So much more. Anita essentially tossing Tracy out... whew. She's done. DONE. Ouch... Chelsea hit the nerve with Katherine. How interesting... I feel like Tracy is becoming the mirror Anita has been avoiding while being a Dupree. What are these top secret things she's harbouring? I really hope Jessica's interest in Tyrell is genuine, because if it isn't, it might just destroy him. Back alley meetings? Your family? As if Bradley is not part of your family... Deadbeat, sit your ass down. Hey, Childbride, lower your damn voice. You're in the country club, not the country field where your ass belongs. And oh God, she's knocked up. Whew... here we go! Dante Greene, what control did this man have? But I appreciate that Anita and Tracy are uniting together; I pray that Sharon joins them soon. I love how easy Katherine and Tomas are with each other; it's smooth, it's natural and it's blooming in all the right ways. Hayley is about to battle the Dupree women for all she's worth. I am calling it right now. The unwavering support Vernon continues to provide to Anita is paramount; I adore them as the couple they are. Notes: Mike Manning (Bradley) continues to show up time and time again in scenes with Brandon Claybon (Deadbeat), who brings nothing to the table. There is an extreme lack of romantic chemistry between them. I'm wondering how different Dante Greene is going to be in comparison to Berry Gordy Jnr; we know the true history of Diana Ross and the Supremes, but how different will it be with Anita Williams and the Articulettes?
    • This episode is beyond excellent Could have waited on tge Trina Kai scenes  but regardless  great soap
    • Haha same! I didn't like her in the beginning, but over time, I've really grown to love to hate her as a villain.  I can't wait to listen to today's new episode later tonight! I've been waiting for the mom and dad (Crystal/Vincent) to have an interaction, so I'm happy to hear it's today.
    • I've always really been enjoying the show. It's very well produced and has so many soap stars in it. I was just listening to ep 7 on YoutTube and can say I'm hooked. There was an intense scene with Crystal Chappell and Vincent Irizarry about halfway through that was GOOD! Is it bad I kind of like Mina? I know she's supposed to be the main villian
    • This isn't a bad episode, but I'm finding myself not as engaged. Must be the lack of Eva and Leslie. No Nicole, Dani.
    • Yes!! I didn't realize it before, and had a busy weekend, so wasn't here much

Wow, what happened to AMC this week? Crashing from 8.4 to 6.6.. I mean, I know they used to go up and down much more than they do today, but this seems like a harsh drop (from 7th to 13th). And nice to see Y&R's first weeks
    • Why did they cut Chelsea coming out to her grandparents? We should have seen that
