The best ratings premiere the CW has had since the Vampire Dairies 5 years ago. Although it didn't quite beat it. Wouldn't surprise me to see them spin off a third show from the Arrow verse.

Supernatural, The Vampire Dairies, Arrow and now this are going to be the tentpoles for the CW over the next year or so.

I actually was able to persuade my husband to watch this with me and we both loved it! I'm excited to watch the show grow weekly

I found it very likable, which surprised me, since I wasn't really a fan of the two Arrow episodes that introduced Barry Allen. I'm not really impressed by the supporting cast (the girlfriend and the two Star Labs geeks) as much as I like Jesse L Martin and Tom Cavanaugh. And of course, John Wesley Shipp.

They need to bring Alex Desert on too, from JWS's The Flash. I remember him more than Amanda Pays, which I guess is strange.

I don't know what to make of Tom Welling's character---in a good way. It's very intriguing, to say the least!

eh....recurring players on Arrow generally last a season before being killed off. I'll even admit, Dylan Neal showed me unexpected depth as Ivo. Maybe Howarth can be more than his goof-and-tic filled self.
