Yesterday was a "good" (that still leaves a bit to be desired) show compared to the literal [!@#$%^&*] we get pretty much every other day, at least I care about who I saw on-screen, unlike most days where I don't give two shits about Sabrina, Plywood, etc.

Todd -- oops, "Franco" -- and Carly were totally pointless. Simple episode guarantee filler. I wanted to find it cute but I just kept rolling my eyes at the ridiculous obstacles. It was a good use of their comedy skills, and Howarth was somewhat enjoyable for a change, so that's a plus.

These scenes were so over the top and made little sense. They both came across ridiculous. I couldn't believe towards the end, Lucy yanked out her weave and they were fighting over it

This just screams telenovela.

Las Reinas del Loco produced by Sofia Vegara. Only on Univision.

The entire eppy was filler and the idea of yesterday was good. Sometimes you need lite meaningless eppies tossed in between all of the mayhem. Yesterday was an eppy with the adults trying to have sex. Having them wind down from TNB was a good idea, and Francly fit the theme of the eppy perfectly (and it was really good comic relief). However, they didn't fit post NB meaning because we had not seen them in more than a week. Yesterday should have been characters decompressing from the hectic ball, so why would Francly be in the eppy? Made no sense to toss them in unless they were shown prior to yesterday. They weren't.

But I do agree that LW and RH's comedic timing is really on point. That was the plus from the out of place duo yesterday.

It was actually worse than it looks (if you can believe that), and another "look, we know GH history".

Bobbie disappeared halfway thru the eppy, so the fight was unnecessary. If they were going to use basketball head, they should have had her comforting Lucy because Bobbie has been where Lucy is. What sense does dredging up this old feud make when Bobbie will disappear for another 5 weeks?

Agreed with all of this.

If someonne can explain to me what felix gained out of going along with Lucas' lie that they were on a date (other than to manufacture unneeded drama).

I get Brad being upset that his exes would be dating each other (even if he has no room to be upset) and i get why lucas would lie to get Brad off his back.

But what does felix get?

to hurt Brad. That was fairly obvious.

im a huge felix hater but even i cant picture felix doing that solely to hurt Brad. They kinda parted in a good place so i dont see why felix would feel the need to get back at Brad.

A throwaway line to establish felix's motivation could have been useful imho.

Welcome to the world of moRon Carlivati's "storytelling" where the characters backpedal for no apparent reason. It just needs to fit the plot at hand.

But fret not, you are probably not going to see any of the 3 for another 5 weeks!

like yesterday's over the top brawl which came out of nowhere. I didn't see any build up to warrant them getting so violent when they have been relatively fine with each other

Next time we see them Lucas and Felix will probably be married.

Lucky us! May 14th was the show's quarterly "good" episode: Things slow down a bit, we get actual conversations and follow up to some events without frenetic chupacabra bitches running around. Of course, it's all relative.

Now, I love me a good catfight and I enjoyed the Lucy/Bobby catfight but all the references of past events etc stank of an attempt to lay the foundation, build up and lead to the catfight all within the same episode wacko.png How ridiculously transparent. And I was scared Bobby would get slapped hard enough her face would be shaken out of place. ph34r.png But, hey, Bobby at least got more than five lines.

I thought it was overkill how Mac and Kevin started fighting, especially after we had the catfight and the Kevin/Scott fight all within the same episode, but it was nice seeing them at the end, drinking.

Carly & Franco were disgusting and horrid but also provided some pretty decent comic relief (shoot me now). Them running away because they have the phone (especially when Anna doesn't even seem to care that much about it) is so unbelievably stupid but at least this kept them away from the Nurses' Ball otherwise you KNOW Franco would have performed. And that would have been more than I can take, literally.

Shawn/Jordan & Julian/Alexis: Not bad. It's going to mean nothing by tomorrow but, hey, you gotta fill up the episode.

It was really nice seeing Felicia be such a good friend to Lucy. And an unexpected but sweet ending with Scott seeing them and quietly backing off.

I cannot.

Yeah and JZ wouldn't know Subtlety (in appearance or acting) if it popped up and slapped her. Just sitting there eager for Bobbie to start with Lucy instead of easing into it. What garbage that was, but I suspect the director was off yet again taking a dump during filming.

YRBB, Anna almost got dropped kicked thru the TV yesterday. She is criticizing ChiaScott for not winning cases? Um heffa, can you bring him something winnable?

If we have to put of with this sh!t that Francly are on the run, can they be running from someone? Too much to ask?
